Strengths:
-Flexibility: The armor has almost no resistance to the user’s movement, the armor has been made with flexible and light material that can ensure this.
-Protection: Being made from phrik, it has a decent protection over lightsabers and blaster fire.
-Shields: The armor has been equipped with several shields that have different functions. An Echani shield has been implemented to protect the user from energy and sonic based attacks, Mandalorian power shield to protect the user from low scale kinetic attacks and an Electrical Capacitance shield to protech her tech from malfunctioning and also add another layer for electrical attacks for a limited time.
Weaknesses:
-Light armor: Even though it has been made with phrik, it’s protection value isn’t as high as a heavy armor. It's protection value was sacrificed a little to make the armor more flexible.
-Shields energy capacity: The shields can’t stay on always, and have only a limited duration time, thus their advantages won’t be permanent. Also, only one shield can be activated and has a cooldown after being used.
-Kinetic damage: The armor can only protect from small scale kinetic damage, with shield on. Higher scale kinetic damage, such as a strong, direct hit to the chest with a blunt melee weapon, big explosions or a barrage of slugthrower bullets, will still hurt the body of the user even if the armor isn’t damaged.
Description:
Nima has always been the one using excessive amounts of acrobatics in the battlefield, thus she needed an armor that is light enough for her to move freely. She often used light armors to satisfy that need but of course, they weren’t exactly what she wanted, either they were not flexible enough for some of her moves, or they weren’t very protective as they were flexible. Thus, the need for a new armor has grown. And this need intensified after the battle of Omega, where she was hurt pretty badly to the point it had after effects. So she decided to ask for an armor that suited her needs from Firemane. Phrik was a good, light metal to use with decent protection against lightsabers and blaster fire. Combined with flexible underlay and armorply plating applied on the armor, the armor was made to be flexible enough to only show little to no resistance to the user’s movement. Also, the armor was equipped with several shields and tech to add additional layers of security to catch the balance between protection and flexibility.
