The young man is quite handsome by any standard, almost always wearing fancy clothing and taking careful measure to keep it clean. Nikolas carries himself with a straight back and upright shoulders, his chin high and his eyes watching anything and everything around him. He appears much like a Nexu, peering around himself as though he were waiting for someone to attack him at all times.
Despite this almost anxious observation, Nikolas almost always appears cool, calm, and collected.

He is well versed in the use of blasters, blades, martial arts, and even explosives. His area of interest has always sat in the the idea of dealing out punishment for his parents, and since he was a young child he's taken careful measure to learn all that he can. Nikolas is an expert combatant and interrogator, having learned brutal arts from all corners of the galaxy on the dime of SIN and his parents.

He projects and outward sense of calm and ease, always watching, but always on the edge of a cliff of rage and anger. The young man holds many of the same qualities as his father, having the same regard for others lives as Slevin. Despite these similarities however Nikolas is his own man. Unlike Slevin he has far more of a sense of humor, though it is an especially wry one.
It is rare that Nikolas shows any fear, even when his own life is in danger. He is often seen smiling, even grinning when in the midst of danger. Despite this sense of amusement that flows from him Nik can be intensely cold, his personality switching at the flip of a coin, rushing through a range of emotion in an instant.

Nikolas prefers to be in the thick of things, using his blaster and his blade in conjunction he fights well. Though he's not as swift as Emma nor as practiced as Jerick, it's clear that Nikolas is the best and most rounded fighter of all of them, flaunting his skill even in the most vicious bouts.
This skill however has a major downside. Like his father Nikolas tends to get carried away within his bloodlust. This often leads the young man into dangerous situations, making him unaware of threats that someone else might easily spot. As well as this it's quite simple to bait Nikolas, his temper getting the better of him more often than not.
HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Like Verin, Nikola's past is all but a mystery to the other Thawne Children.
The most that he would say, the most that the others could dig out of their collective memories, Nikolas was brought back from a trip Natalia and Slevin had to Corellia. Though the meaning of the journey was never divulged, and neither were it's primary result, Nikolas came back clinging to Natalia's arm.
The boy was one of the youngest that had ever been brought back, only the age of six compared to the nine of ten of the others. He was small, frail, and seemingly silent. For months at a time he stayed completely quiet, not saying a word to any of his siblings. He stayed within his state of muteness, following around only Natalia or Slevin as though they were the only ones he could trust.
It was during this odd lost following that Nikolas saw his first case of violence.
The young boy witnessed his fathers outrage at a man whom threatened Natalia's well being, and upon the conclusion of this outpost Nikolas spoke his first words.
What he said has always remained between father and son, though after this event Nikolas became twisted into something entirely different. The young boy took up training with his siblings, traveling with Emma, Jerick, Titan, and even some of the others. He insisted on learning anything and everything, attaching himself to one of his siblings for weeks at a time before moving onto the next.
It was during one of these phases of attachment that Nikolas grew close to his sister Teslyn, a girl who herself was as fierce as their mother and as clever as a Star Dragon.
Eventually his frail form began to fill out as he aged, and as the boy grew older he made a simple request of his parents.
When enough time had passed Nikolas, now referred to as Nik, by most of his siblings requested he undergo the same genetic changes as his slicer siblings. He asked not for cybernetics or a droid brain, but simply the same treatment that Natalia and Slevin had at one point undergone. Joined by his sister Teslyn, the two underwent a dozen surgical and chemical treatments that shifted and molded their bodies.
It was on the other side of this that Nik emerged the way he is now, strong, confident, and skilled.
The young man took up his role within the Coratanni Cartel, not requesting a post like his siblings, but instead simply putting himself in place.
