DESCRIPTION:
  1. The Salvage Division: Operating out of a heavily secured dockside warehouse, this wing processes decommissioned bulk freighters, commercial transports, and industrial wreckage. Workers strip down hulls, scrub obsolete corporate hulls, and refurbish standard sublight thrusters and hyperdrive components for local aftermarket resale.
  2. The Logistics & Brokerage Division: Acting as a third-party shipping brokerage, this wing manages flight manifests, tracks localized mid-rim trade lanes, and coordinates transport routing for independent traders and small corporate clients who need to navigate High Republic customs paperwork efficiently.
The Trade and Pawn Cybernetics shop functions like a loan-office where gamblers or out of luck dock workers or just people in general get credits from Roman in exchange for their cybernetics, jewellery or any piece of technology belonging to them which Roman holds as collateral. While the company presents a meticulously clean, heavily documented front to High Republic auditors and CorSec officials, its local, self-contained infrastructure is built for maximum operational discretion. The salvage yard's heavy machinery, constant influx of mismatched mechanical junk, and private cargo manifests provide the perfect cover profile for localized asset management, custom starship retrofitting, and high-value transport routing. The 12 labourers in the scrapyard seem to be deeply sad.

RATIONALE:
Following his departure from the Corellian Defense Force (CDF), Roman Nicholas legally inherited his late grandfather's industrial scrapyard and warehouse property in Coronet City's Sector 4 docks. By utilizing a calculated portion of his personal military cash savings, Roman chose to self-fund his startup costs rather than taking on institutional debt. This allowed him to maintain a debt-free legal profile under High Republic financial standards while establishing a compliant, dual-operational local business. The inherited real estate completely eliminates his rent overhead, giving the venture immediate financial stability as a local, independent startup.

However, the property was under the turf of the Corellian Exchange criminal syndicate and Roman was forced to make a deal with them by hiding very dangerous cargo in his scrapyard and launder a slightly more higher amount of credits, this meant that Roman's business was automatically very dangerous to hit up for local thugs, raiders, robbers etc. because he made a deal with the Corellian Exchange.
