Intent: Adding flavor mods for freighters and aces to make their ships that much more interesting or comfortable (and also to make me money, lol). IC - It may increase reaction timing/responsiveness slightly.

Description: The Nardanhect Faerie upgrade kit allows pilots and ship-owners to replace their current flight and cockpit controls with a new, highly functional and highly modular design. Included are two flight sticks, a throttle, two yaw pedals, a holographic sensor map, two articulated-mount display screens, a HUD projector, heat-adhesive canopy HUD film, race seating and optional ejection module.

The kit is special because it allows the pilot or ship-owner to set up the cockpit the way -they- want to fly. The race grade seat is compatible with virtually all sub-capital ships and the ejection module is easily installed for interceptors, fighters and ejection-capable gunships. Both articulated display screens can be easily mounted to the instrument deck on either side of the cockpit, or the dashboard for open-cockpit ships, with the ability to be programmed to display whatever data or instrumentation the pilot wishes. The holographic sensor projector can be placed wherever there is room (centerfold is suggested), and be programmed to display sensor pings, sensor maps, star charts, target information or even targeting-computer beading. A specialized flight interface computer brings together the entire kit and translates it into actions in the installed ship, and is compatible with OEM flight yokes for ships that may not benefit from a HOTAS peripheral.

The HOTAS setup is standard for small craft and is suggested for interceptors and starfighters and shuttles.

The Cyclic setup is suggested for gunships, dropships and light freighters.

The Snubfighter setup is advanced and is suggested only for craft depending on atmospheric or maneuvering thrusters for mobility.
