Valencia Hadley Valencia Hadley I was actually looking at getting them into the Confederacy (for a while at least), so any thread with a character in that faction could help!

Tasha Blackmoor Tasha Blackmoor Nice! I'm not too picky with specifics, but Jay does have some experience with traders and smugglers and the like, planet-hopping via offering their services as a mechanic, so maybe there could be a thread somewhere in that idea?

Harvi Kwen Harvi Kwen Jay's a pretty "middle of the road" type of character when it comes to the whole Light vs. Dark thing, plus they don't have much knowledge on the Force as of yet, so it'd be interesting to see how they'd react to a Sith lol. Or even just a Force-user for that matter.

Oh well that works with a lot of options actually:
Kat Kenrid: Falleen bounty hunter, mercenary, mandalorian. Don't expect elite mandalorian skills though, she was only freed by a mandalorian woman who trained her for a few years before she died. In respect of her Kat wears the armor and follows most of the womans rules. Now she's just trying to survive. Recently was discovered to be force sensitive and may retrieve training. She's good with people and likely to start up conversation. Could meet her on the job, or maybe her ship is having a problem (it's very old). She also might buy weapons from you if you have some good blasters.

Rocho Krul: Trandoshan bounty hunter. Technically an empirial knight for the Fel empire, though, since the faction thing I'm not sure they're coming back. So he's rich and really does this because he wants the points for the afterlife. He does have rules about who he kills and what he does, but it'd probably be considered wrong by a lot of other species. However he is reletively friendly and good with teams. He is probably pretty intimidating for most though, given trandoshans reputations, that he's like almost 6'11" I think, and is usually covered in ammo, a grenade launcherm, a double barrel shotgun, some armor, and carries a strange "cane" that is in fact a lightsaber axe. Because he's in a lot of fights it's possible his ship got damaged and he came down to have it fixed while searching for something and just end sup in conversation. Or just general meeting around cantinas and stuff. Unless you have weapons, which he might buy.

Mag: Well unless you're visiting a slavery land cantina you're unlikely to meet him. Real friendly, and buff, Zeltron man. Knows quite the number of languages for a non-droid and is good with people. He is, in fact, a dancer though he does sometimes double as essentially the bar muscle to throw people out or calm them down. Knows no life outside of slavery and really just goes with the flow.

Varian: A mandalorian. His job is actually essentially trading. He has a company driven by that. However which permits him to also move around a lot. He could also be met on the move during trade jobs, maybe even they are both middle men for some kind of deal. Although he also does occasionally fight for the sake of keeping his skills worthwhile, as well as just general training. So he can be taken a lot of places. He actually is very trained force sensitive, but in reverse as Rocho. Rocho has really specialized physical and sensory based powers, whereas Valerians are based in the mind. He doesn't use them often though around most people. He also has an adopted daughter NPC who comes with him now.

Tasha Blackmoor Tasha Blackmoor Ooooh a bunch of great characters! Also a bunch of great options, although a thread with Kat sounds intriguing. I don't think Jay's particularly knowledgable about Mandalorians as of yet, it'd be interesting to write what they'd think of the culture. They don't have much in the way of blasters (just a couple of personal blaster pistols for when things go sour) but can definitely be of service when it comes to ship repairs, provided they have enough time and tools to get the job done.

Great! And that's fine she tends to rely on melee weapons or the inbuilt weapons of the armor. But ship works great! And culture interest is fun as well.

Kat seems to have gotten a lot of interest recently which is nice. Alright, so, general idea: Her ship started acting up after using the hyperdrive. She gets concerned, decides to go down to the nearest planet to have it checked out and starts looking for a ship mechanic. You come in. That all sound good?

Kat Kenrid Kat Kenrid sounds good! I'm going to be heading back across the States on Friday and spring semester begins the 13th for me, but scheduling shouldn't be too much of an issue after that. I'n not overly concerned on location or time specifics, but right now I imagine Jay would be somewhere either in the OPA and left side of the CIS territory on the map. Reasonably, though, they could honestly be just about anywhere in the southern half of the galaxy.
