New Weapon Plan

Okay, I plan on having Black Sun show up to supply the raw materials, but I need a few others. I don't think I'll need a development thread for the gun as it's pretty simple, cheap, and easy to make, but I figure better safe than sorry and it'll help boost activity. I need two or three others to help out. I'll need someone to test the gun and maybe someone to review it or something. Maybe they just want to invest or want to come and look to see if they can buy a licensing agreement later down the line. Something like that.

Anyways, any volunteers? I plan to get the thread up today.
