I've noticed that our newly recruited factory judges, whom have been recruited on a trial basis, have been given their shiny purple tags (I miss mine :unsure: )!

For you newbies, please make sure to go read over the Factory Judge Uniform Code of Conduct thread and sign off your agreement there, then make yourselves familiar with the Factory Judge discussion - and feel free to leave questions either here or in your own threads both now and in the future.
There's some helpful information (and other information) laying around in the FJ Discussion board, like tips on how to judge various kinds of submissions (present-day me says thank you, past-me says you're welcome), as well as some discussions we have had that may or may not be known publicly. (I can't think of anything at the moment that isn't, but it's also 3am)
Each of you will be given a Role-Play judge to shadow, meaning you will be able to pick up a submission (once you have been assigned to one, or vice-versa I guess) and judge it as a factory judge but rather than setting it to approval/pending approval, you will tag that RPJ and they will give it a second look before it is approved.
The expected time-frame for this trial is 2 weeks (so about 14 days).
You will be notified with whom you will be shadowing.

It still smells the same around here as when I left. Except now and you and [member="Raziel"] have shiny gold names instead of purple
