The first sweep of the new Map is done, which means we're now ready for round two.
Rather than add every custom planet to the new map, we are going to prioritize room for custom planets that the current membership wants and/or uses. Post the template below to have a codex approved planet added to the map.
-One request per post.
-To submit a planet, you must be the creator of the planet or have permission (include screenshot) to add their planet to the new map.
-The current limit of planets per hex is two (2). If a submitted planet is a third in a hex, staff reserves the right to bump it into a neighboring hex.
Moving Existing Codex Planets: You may request a new location for your custom planet. This is a one time offer. Planets will not be moved after the initial set up period. Once the map is complete and this thread is closed we will not be accepting move requests, only add requests (rules per the Map Update thread as usual). If you wish to do this, you must also make a Submission Modification request to update the new coordinates on your planet submission. You may not request a planet be moved multiple times, so be certain of your new location before you post. Use the current map coordinates to place your planet.
As planets are added your posts will be hidden in this thread so they can be referred to as we work. If there is a problem (and no, I don't mean it's one hex over, that might happen), post here and let us know.
