Location: Kintan, Northern Hemisphere. Built around the Fortress Kh'aris.
Affiliation: Currently ruled and governed by the Jackals/Hutt Cartel.
Population: Being a small city there would only be about 100,000 people in this city at one given time.
Demographics: The city has a constant cycle of different species, although the main groups contain Human 20%, Weequay 25%, Trandoshan 10%, Feeorin 5%, Rodian 15%, Wookie 5%, Chiss 10%, Twi'lek 5%, and the last 5% is taken up by various other species.
Points Of Interest: Mainly shops, Fortress Kh'aris, apartments, various forms of cantinas and taverns. The city also contains an arena.
Description:
It was a rough city, old ruined ships converted into house factories and businesses, or all three sometimes. Quick cemented building towards Fortress, progressively improving until poverty was faded out through a fine mesh of corruption and cheap hotels, they were the buildings of the night the sanctuaries of their corrupt lords, and at the centre the Fortress Kh'aris.
The old Fortress residence remained on a rough incline, moonlit sand floats heaped against half-destroyed dividers, the windows dim and expanding. It's escarpments shimmered with sand in the precious stone icy air, their battered frameworks mixing into the stones behind. The dividers were a white stone that flickered in the mid year sun and the rooftop was dark slate. It was as tremendous and complex, and utilized a decent number of the slaves as workers. Around the royal residence were coverings of cement for ships to land and kitchen gardens for the servants and partners to appreciate, and around that was a stone divider finished with iron spikes and protected day and night.

The Morgukai warrior custom emerged on the planet, tip top and detached from other Nikto. In 30 BBY, the planet held little note during the Galatic civil war and the rise of the Galactic Empire.
The planet was later assumed control by the Yuuzhan Vong in 26 ABY. Amid the occupation, 75% of the Nikto populace was either oppressed or executed, while the rest either fled Kintan or sought refuge in the planets most aloof territories. In the years taking after the war's end, the populace gradually came back to its previous levels.
Fortress Kh'aris was a fortress built on Kintan by Kh'aris Fenn, sometime before his attempted return to Ryloth in 30 BBY. Count Dooku, was involved in its building. Kh'aris equipped his fortress with as many droids as possible, including AX/RX, although by 30 BBY he employed two Morgukai, Tsyr and Bok. It was abandoned in 30 BBY after Quinlan Vos and Aayla Secura infiltrated it in a rescue attempt.
During the reign of the Yuuzhan Vong in 26 ABY, the fortress Kh'aris was used as a refuge from oppression and execution, and at its climax it held the most survivors out of all locations of succour on Kintan. 29 ABY the fortress was still in use as a local of importance, for the leading figures of the area. Up until 44 ABY the fortress was in use, eventually it fell into decay and was abandoned for but a few squatters.
Until the appearance of the reformed Hutt Cartel, claimed by the Jackals and the right hand of the Cartel, some hundred of years later.
Defences
The firtress has 12 Laser_turret and 4 Turbolaser for defensive purposes. They are slightly outdated but still proves a big threat to anyone trying to attack the palace head on. The turrets are manned by the palace guard:

Current History
The re-emergence of the Hutt Cartel, and the subsequent claim of Kintan and the reinstating of the Treaty of Vontor, has made the planet a stronghold for Hutt supporters and military station, currently held by the Jackal an organisation under the Hutts they've staked the fortress and newly built city as their home base.
