The Shadow Hand Cartel is an up-and-comer in the world of crime, created by the Devaronian Aurelius Baldor with the dream of making it big in the Underworld after breaking away from the old Black Sun. Aurelius fought tooth and nail, carving a criminal empire all his own from the corpse of the syndicate he once devoted his life to.
