The Core Maintenance Workers' Association [CMWA] is dedicated to providing not only reliable, steady job opportunities, but also benefits and resources to help its members with professional, lifestyle and health-related benefits, as well as advocacy opportunities so they can have a voice on issues that may impact their business success, such as the outsourcing and replacement of maintenance jobs from organic employees to non-organic, robotic employees, which have factually been determined to be far less reliable in comparison to their organic counterparts.
The CMWA maintains its position as the leading staffing agency of Maintenance Workers through its diligently established network of connections with Core-aligned entities, with its many employees not only being found throughout the Core, but also beyond. It's largest contract lies within the territory of the Galactic Alliance, with its second -- and most recently established -- contract providing plentiful opportunities for work within the expanding territories of the New Imperial Order.
As a rule of thumb, the CMWA does not endorse nor encourage its employees to provide services within the territory of the Sith Empire or the Eternal Empire.
