Name: Nephilim

Designation: Sentient
Homeworld: Tera Lush
Language: Galactic Basic, Nephii
Average height of adults: 7.5'
Skin color: Black or Gold
Hair color: None
Breathes: 1

Strengths:
-Being of both the "Angels" and "Demons", they are automatically considered generally gorgeous, as well as being impeccably powerful, both strength and endurance wise.
-"Demonic" Voice: Those that hold more Maelibus blood tend to have a gorgeous voice that is capable of multiple uses including aiding mind control.
-Skin: If a Nephilim holds more Maelibus blood then Diathim, their bodies are capable of sustaining two glancing blows from a lightsaber. The average Nephilim is capable of taking a singular glancing blow from a plasma attack.
-Angelic Appearance: Those with more Diathim blood have the general appearance of one that calms and creates peace in another.

Weaknesses:
-Altered Image: On average, a normal person will not see the true form of a Nephilim, which leaves them constantly focusing on upholding the image. (Its not as natural as their predecessors.)
-Size: Because of their generally immense size and weight, moving throughout places is difficult.
-Light Sensitivity: Thanks to the Maelibus genetic make up, their eyes adapted to low light orientation which results in bright lights leaving them blind for some time.
Chlorine: Contact with chlorine creates a huge reaction for Nephilim, firstly being an automatic deactivation of their projected appearance. Second is severe burns and welts. Constant exposure results in death.
Electrical surges; Though they are powerful, their bodies retain a very dominant weakness. When struck by small amounts, it leaves them with minor cases of paralysis (ie the limb struck is incapable of movement relative to the amount hit) while more increases the effect. If an untrained Nephilim were to be struck by the electrical surge of a Sith Knights full strength, they would be left immobile for a brief time. A masters electricity would leave them deceased.

Distinctions: Golden/silver metallic like skin when not hidden behind an image. Big, powerful, some have horns and some have wings. The basic combination of Maelibus and Diathim.
Average Lifespan: 60 years. However, this isnt to be an exact estimation as the species is to new. All deaths recorded have been from non natural causes.
Races: Diabhal (those of more Maelibus decent), Malaikat (those of more Diathim decent), Basic Nephilim (Those of the basic Nephilim genome (no further Diathim/Maelibus breeding)
Diet: Omnivorous
Communication: Galactic Basic, Nephii

Culture:
Though less than 500 years old, and extremely rare, there is a bit known of the species. They tend to stay in small groups, believed to be dubbed "Pamilia". Though men tend to dominate the warrior class, they are not alone in that endeavor. Equality thus far has been entire (take that Fabs). Some men cook in the home, while some let their woman. Some homes have the woman of the home bringing income.

However, loyalty is by far the greatest trait throughout. If one of their own is slain, they convene and as a whole move to revenge the deaths.

Technology level: Galactic equivalent. They were nomadic, thus mimicked those about themselves.

General behavior: Diabhal tend to be darker, more mischievous and prone to crime. Though never against they're own.

Malaikat tend to be constantly on the move, seeking to meet new people and learn whatever they can.

History:
The first ever Nephilim was less then a thousand years ago, believed to be approximately 530 years. Born of a nobody Diathim and Maelibus, and named Shrapnell Therouh, he grew up a freak to all whom encountered him. But that didnt stop the Nephilim progression.

With his creation other Diathim and Maelibus moved onto the next step in their relations, the number of which remained minimal. But it was proven to be successful.

After sometime it even began to seem that Nephilim could couple with their ancestral species as well. Thus some born retain more Maelibus genetics and vice versa. About this time they settled on Tera Lush, though some still roam the galaxies.

As time past Shrapnell fell, and others rose to the spotlight. Veria Messika was a prominent war queen that helped rule over the few Angels Demons and Nephilim on Tera Lush, leading them to aid in one of the greatest battles that occurred in the recent ages.

Nexil Lamanta was a prominant bounty hunter for nearly 100 years before he was slain. Many retain memories of his doings. Thanks to his actions, nearly 200,000 humans were killed in cold blood. He was ruthless and deadly beyond most could believe. Even after his death he continues to live on, being the Boogeyman that parents told their children stories of.

Notable Player-Characters: @[member="Han'zel"] @gret'elle (characters in the works)
Intent: To create a powerful, yet equally susceptible race of beings. Capable of battling all, yet falling to Sith, Jedi, or Human alike. As well, an explanation for two characters in the works.

After a lot of thought this is denied. It's not a new species, it's a cross-breed. A lot of the stuff you have is just mixed canon skills and the rest I'd take off based on your species's origins. This is a character concept, and you're perfectly fine to RP it, but it doesn't require a species submission.
