CHAPTER 2: BUILDING IT UP
EYES:
At first glance, it's hard for one to even tell if Nemesis has eyes. Upon closer inspection one will realize that he does indeed. They're two little slits, much like that of a snake, with hard scales around them. The bright red orbs practically seem to glow. With the black around them, they really seem to pop out. Unfortunately they lack the ability to show much emotion. And while he can furrow, wiggle, and crunch up his brows, there is only a little information about his mood that can be taken from them. Essentially, his eyes are for seeing. Simply that. No more, no less.
SKIN:
Should one peel back the scales that cover Nemesis, they would find rough, black skin. But removing a Vidhvansaka's natural armor is a bad idea. They're likely to try and do the same to you. If you don't have scales... You can guess what would happen. So let's focus more on their tough hide. Our lizard friend here has dark grey scales, some with a bit of a blue tint to them. Several lines of protruding pieces (mostly on his face) are black. When the light hits him, some of them around his edges will appear white, as if outlining him.
BODY STRUCTURE
Nemesis is, in essence, a walking, talking, force-using lizard man. He's well over two meters tall, has large, bulky shoulders, and is thickly built, no matter where you look. Like all of his species, the man has bowed legs. In addition his hands have four long tri-jointed fingers. A long, pointed tail is located where his lower limbs meet. Unsurprisingly (considering his heritage) he has a hunched back. This makes his head seem to be pushed forward, giving his back a bit of a curve.
“Few will have the greatness to bend history itself, but each of us can work to change a small portion of events. It is from numberless diverse acts of courage and belief that human history is shaped. Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring those ripples build a current which can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance.”
TATTOOS/MODIFICATIONS:
Tattooing a Vidhvansaka can be quite difficult. Luckily for Nemesis, a Coruscant artist developed a special way to do something similar. Selective scales could be infused to change their color- or even make them glow. The process is a bit... strange, and a tad painful, but our lizard here got paid for it (since it was an experiment of sorts, and photos of the results were sold). Plus it ended up looking cool. Ish. Several lines of scales across his chest glow a deep red (much like his eyes), and a tribal design is colored in on his back. A single red line goes down his large tail. In addition two horns have been attached to his head.
CLOTHING:
Well. There's not much to be put here. Nemesis' own body pretty much keeps him covered up enough. But he does wear some clothing while out in about, just to please others. Generally that means a ragged loin cloth, durasteel shin-guards, and armbands. At most he'll don a heavy cloak and belt on top of his usual garments. However, it's not unknown for him to wear a torn up shirt. Said shirt is always the same: White, cut into shreds, and stained with blood.
PERSONALITY:
Perhaps this section should be left blank.Or maybe it should be titled as simply "Past Personality" or even "Perceived Personality". Neither really fits the enigma that is this man's disposition. To those who spend the most time with him, and have seen him interact with more than just themselves, it is quite apparent that the lizard is an actor of great skill. Though even then... he can often make it appear as a balance of his different... personas. Most would find his actions natural and appealing, no matter who he is speaking to. In essence, he is a Magnificent Bastard. One who will charm the pants right off of you. Along with anything else of value you have. It's unknown which 'mask' of his is the real, true one. In fact... there might not be one. You might simply go to remove the 'last' mask... and find one more underneath it.

CHAPTER 3: FILLING IN THE GAPS
BIOGRAPHY:
Pre-Roleplay History-
There's not much to say about his past. Despite having been alive for over a century, he has not done much living. Upon his birth he was put aside to be raised and turned into a slave. No one really knew or cared, seeing as he was born on the lowest habitable level of Coruscant. Once he was old enough to work... well, you know, he started working. Nearly four decades passed before he was released. Even then, he was only let go because he had willingly saved his owner's life. At that point he was roughly fifty years old.
Without anyone to order him around he started to take control of his life. But that was not enough. The reptile did his best to learn as much as he could about anything and everything. A decade of hard work earned him enough credits to travel to the upper levels and get a real education. Once that was completed, he headed back down to his original homeland. There he started to take over the underworld. His 'silver' tongue, along with his brute strength, allowed him to amass followers. People who would fight alongside him until they could no longer draw breath. In return he protected them, supplied them with credits, and occasionally gave them access to illegal goods. Anyone linked to slavers, however, was simply killed on sight.
Another few dozen years later the One Sith sacked Coruscant. Debris from the Temple managed to find itself a bit above Nemesis' home. So he packed his things and went up to investigate. That was when the highlight of his story began. For he learned he was gifted in the force, and started to train. Great things were lined up for him. Of that he was sure. There was simply the matter of getting to them...
THE STORY BEGINS
h“War must be, while we defend our lives against a destroyer who would devour all; but I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend.”

CHAPTER 4: FINISHING TOUCHES
STRENGTHS:
Cunning-
There are a thousand paths to every destination. Every one has a million ways to get there. It takes a truly... conniving person to keep track of them all. And while Nemesis doesn't quite know every way in the universe, he knows a fair amount. The man is a master of manipulation. If there is something he wants, it's highly likely he'll find a way to get it. When he doesn't... he'll make sure to ruin those who dare to claim what he so greatly desires. Or at least give them a hell of a hard time to get it.
Force is My Friend-
Pretty self-explanatory for the most part. Nemesis, unlike most of his species, is gifted in the force. Some find that fact strange, but most of his kind that he has met revere him. The man is one in a million. His gift has given him both power and followers. Now all he has to do is learn to control it. When that is done with, there will be little capable of stopping him from getting what he wants. Whatever that is.
Not Your Average Brain-
Well, not your average humanoid brain. Pretty normal for a Vidhvansaka though. The species comes with a built-in super mind. Every one has three lobes, allowing tasks to be divided, and preventing one part from becoming more worked than any of the others. This allows them to react around 1.8 times faster than the average human being! When you pair that with their natural diplomatic nature, it's easy to see the Neme has biology on his side.
The Master {Lizard} Race-
But that's not all! Nemesis has bowed knees. While this makes walking a bit funny-looking, it allows for easier jumping, along with some fast-paced movement. Plus his fingers can grip very well onto various surfaces. Disarming a Vidhvansaka without removing their hand entirely is rather difficult. To add to this, the species, and therefore Neme, have long, scaly tails. These are good for whacking people. And, of course, keeping balance.
WEAKNESSES:
But I Can't Lose-
When you're constantly planning as much as Nemesis is... you don't take losses lightly. Everything has to go according to plan. Or the secondary plan. As long as things go the way that he intends them to, he'll be fine. But if the slightest thing goes wrong... the man gets very volatile, very fast. Tables will be flipped, servants will be killed, and expensive vases will be smashed. Horrible things will be said. Seeing as he often works via others, his underlings are usually the ones to deliver bad news. And if (when) they see him freak out... they tend to not work with him for much longer. He's lost many a good worker because of this.
True Friends Don't Exist-
If you grow up a slave, you grow up without any real friends. There's not really anyone you can trust. Because they're usually just there to buy you or sell you. And the other slaves? Can't get attached to them. They won't stay with you for long. Nemesis has very big issues when it comes to trust. While he will give tasks to his underlings, he'll always take measures to ensure victory, even if they fail. All of the most important jobs will be done by himself. He'll rarely show anyone his real self, and if he does, they probably won't live long. They'd betray him if they lived. Right?... That's what the big boy thinks. Doubt it's ever gonna change.
WHAT HELPS BUT HARMS:
Strength is Great... When You Know How to Control It-
It's no surprise that Nemesis possesses a large amount of physical strength. The man is practically built like a tank. If he tried, he could probably lift a tank. However... he isn't very good at understanding how much force is needed for tasks. Glasses tend to shatter in his hand, he breaks fingers when he introduces himself, and hugs are pretty much out of the question for anyone who likes their backbone intact. At least he can throw the average-sized person around with some ease.
Size Really Does Matter-
There are two types of people who generally say that size doesn't matter: Large people, and small people. And though Nemesis belongs to the first category, he'd rarely, if ever, claim such a thing. Because proportions really do count. For one, his bulk gives him his strength, but it also makes doorways (and beds) irritating to use. Size really does matter. He can drop kick an adult human... he just can't walk into a bar without walking into a door frame. Or breaking the wall around it.
Lizard-Man Looks-
When you look like... well, a giant talking lizard, people tend to try and avoid you. Most people are going to assume you mean trouble. They are going to run, cower, or maybe just soil their loins. This can make reasoning with the masses difficult. However, it can also make taking over the world galaxy a fair bit easier. Just don't, whatever you do, attempt to send Neme on a stealth mission. Noticing a huge reptile isn't very hard. At all.
“Pain was their body's way of telling them that they'd pushed themselves to their limits -- which was exactly where they were supposed to be.”
FIVE THINGS YOU DON'T NEED TO KNOW ABOUT NEMESIS:
  • When he was a child, Nemesis was rarely seen without a stuffed animal cuddled in his arms.
  • Surprisingly the lizard man really enjoys tea. Especially the Atrisian kind.
  • In the original character design, Nemesis was a Pureblood Sith engineer... and female.
  • Khurshid is a modern form of a word meaning "Shining Sun".
  • Nemesis means 'retribution, righteous anger'. In addition, there is an old God named Nemesis, who focused on vengeance and justice.

Visvada Ondu

Vidhvansakan High Priest
A story of my finding you and feeling defeated that you went into the places you are (in terms of your dark sided-ness) a small battle in which Vis fights in sadness and eventually backs out of because he feels grieved and flees. Basically an emotional tale. And perhaps Neme might feel a certain sadness in her that could lead to further development later on? Bes I got on the spot.
