You're probably all wondering why I've called you all here today. (Gee, I've always wanted to say that)

I have put together this thread because Sir Rexus of the Wenck has expressed interest in adding to the thread, so I shall turn the floor over for him to see if you're interested in what he has to say.

Go ahead, Mr. Wenck.

Edit: I just got done working 24 hours on 6 hours of sleep. I shall eat my two "egg, cheese and bacon on plain bagels" and drop dead asleep when I get home. Provided I do not fall into a coma of exhaustion, I shall check back in and form up replies soon after waking up.

Going to jump in here and say I'd like to avoid inviting yet more distant adversaries to our capital world. Once was enough for now I think.

I await what [member="Rexus Wenck"] had in mind however.

I agree. If we are doing another faction thread, better to keep it in a contrast to the skirmish and dom. We already have two faction wide combat threads going on.

I appreciate the invitation, @Minch. Now, today, me and my associates, [member="Kyli DT-6767"], and [member="Luther Ando"] have a bit of a hankering for Jedi murder and infiltration type stuff, given we now write a squadron of Death Troopers. We would be performing primarily reconnaissance, followed by probable discovery, a bit of a bash, and then ex-filtration. It wouldn't be anything like the grand battle seen in the skirmish. It'd be a very small scale, almost duel like affair, if you will.

We don't want to knock about in your thread and jump in ruining the vibe with our covert operations style military operation, ergo this OOC thread, and the PMs sent to the OP. So we're more than happy to pack up and do things elsewhere, if that is not your particular cup of tea.

My only request is that is could be a neutral world on the edge of Silver space, as it's hard to convey we are a solid Faction when enemies keep finding their way through to our capital world one after the other! Only for logics sake, of course.

It's up to [member=Minch] about the thread of course, as this was his creation and while it may attract those looking for "rest" in a casual thread, it may not be the right one to bring in Death Troopers. Not saying it can't happen, but maybe certian people will be happier to write a more darker combat thread if you throw up a LFG request, and I'll tell the SJ to head on over for those wanting to take on Death Troopers - may even have Stephanie turn up!

Hope that makes sense? But as said, I'm not TELLING you what to do, if you and Minch feel this works, then I won't stop you and your writers from doing what you do best.

I appreciate the idea, but the original intent broadcasted to people was to have a casual, peaceful thread. I fear that switching gears on people would be confusing for them and chaotic, so I'll have to decline for this thread.

However, I do like your moxie, so I'd be happy to be one of the first to get involved in another thread with you and the other two. As [member="Stephanie Swail"] suggested, it would probably be best to have the planet location on the edge of SJO territory.
