Need somewhere to get started again

So, this character's been pretty inactive lately, so I figured I should put something up here.
First of all, I need to get my company off the ground again. To upgrade in tier I need mass-production threads (so either a lot of construction/furnishing or a lot of order placements and deliveries, mostly) and miscellaneous threads (social events, attempted company sabotages, you know). Any merchants or otherwise who want to help, let me know.

Second, I haven't done much in way of character development, so if anybody has any ideas for that, again please let me know.
