Need Help on making an avatar for my character Please help

Christ didn't know this would be so big DX
Ok so all i really need is it to be smaller to be put into the avatar box thing and the armor needs to be like white and with some light blue trim i dunno go wild i just dont have the time or experience to do it myself plz help :c maybe find some way to put a robotic arm on his left arm? but i dunno that's optional.
