Need a Photoshop Wizard for a quick graphic

Whipping up a new thing, need some help spiffing up her graphics (Avatar/Signature). Will include a gif or two so anyone who is rather familiar with Photoshop willing to help a scrub out would be much appreciated ^^.

I got three gifs here of my character. The big gif which is about fifteen seconds long. The small cropped version of said gif, and then another cropped version which is shorter and about five seconds.

Trying to get these gifs in an avatar similar to these;

Oh no, basically i know the site has some weird limitations when it comes to gifs.

You can just make avatars out of the two small ones individually. I just added the big one in case you wanted the bigger version to mess with yourself.

My best attempts.... Cutting the image as a whole was more difficult that I thought. Im not sure if thats what you wanted but... ?=D
