STRENGTHS:
-Charismatic: From an early age, Nealon always had his ways with words a skill he often used to get what he wanted, mainly women and money. The fact that he is also often considered fairly handsome often helped him when words alone didn't cut it.
-Raw Talent: While he hasn't much knowledge to build upon, he has a sharp mind. Not a genius, but still above average, something that has gotten him out of trouble as often as it got him in it. He has a natural talent for about anything he touches, but he lacks the focus to make much out of it.
-Farsight: Since his birth he could see into the future simply by focusing or touching someone. Beyond that he has no control over his power, sometimes seeing visions of a far distant future, sometimes visions only a few minutes away. Also many of his visions are fairly cryptic, not revealing much to him.
-Stage Magician: Earning his money by putting on a show for the masses, Nealon learned much about the creation of illusions with tech and words alike. He is particular skillful in drawing peoples attention away from the actual trick, making his shows far more believable.
WEAKNESSES:
-Underachiever: He has a complete lack of motivation, to the point where he would rather spend his time with sleeping or watching TV instead of doing even the slightest amount of work. Because of this he is fairly uneducated, often lacking knowledge about even the most basic topics.
-Greedy: Money is the only language he really cares about. He has no use for higher callings, as long there is nothing to earn at least. There is only one thing more important than money to him, and that is himself.
-Unreliable: He rather skips a meeting than running late. Even things that others would considered important are often ignored by him, as he considers literally anything more important than his responsibilities. When there is a meeting ahead, there is a good chance that he will cancel it last minute, because a girl has invited him to a party or because he is still hung-over from the night before.
-Visions of Death: When under high stress he often is haunted by realistic dreams and visions of his own death, small glimpses of the future. These can be triggered by many things, ranging from persons and objects, to situations or simply by chance.
APPEARANCE:
A man of average height, Nealons most defining trait is his symmetric, handsome face. With his clean skin, vibrant green eyes framed by short, black hair and a tall, slightly muscular build it has happened to him to be mistaken for a model. Clothing wise he wears a wide variety, ranging from tailored suit to simple streetware. While he has a liking for expensive things, he rarely wears those openly, his wealth only visible by the numerous rings on his finger.
PERSONALITY:
There are two ways to describe Nealons personality: The first one centers around his many, very prominent bad traits: A self centered, lazy and irresponsible young man with little perspective for anything but himself, seeking the next thrill rather than the next accomplishment. Drugs, booze, girls or whatever distraction comes around, they always become his highest priority. Planning ahead isn't really something he does, only living in the moment. The second one focuses on his better traits: A talented, charismatic and suprisingly passionate young man that had decided to live life to the fullest. In the end both ways lead back to the same thing: His strange gift to see the future had a large influence on him, especially those rare visions that showed him his own demise. Seeing and feeling your own death leaves you with a mark on your mind, and it rather breaks you or makes you someone new. In Nealons case it made him a man that lives by the motto "Ignorance is Bliss", in an attempt to simply keep himself from putting much thought in anything he does. With his ignorance comes a large amount of confidence, making him a rather extroverted, outgoing man, with a dry, sarcastic sense of humor. While his bad traits can become more and more annoying over time, he often appears as a sympathetic and likeable guy in the beginning.
FIGHTING STYLE:
Fighting isn't really his forte. While he knows how to use a blaster, or how to throw a few punches, he lacks both training and focus to be any good in a fight. When confronted he does his best to somehow talk his way out of the situation, resorting to bribing and bluffing should everything else fail. If there isn't a way of talking himself out, he tries to use his talents for illusion and deception, but with mixed results. The one thing that saved him a good amount of cuts and punches in his live, is his ability of farsight, sometimes giving him little glimpses of the attacks thrown at him.
BIOGRAPHY:
-Pre Roleplay:
A rich man with a humble upbringing. Born the son of a factory worker and a nurse, Nealon never had much luxury in his younger life. Calling Nar Shaddaa his home, he was never considered poor by the moons standard, yet he always looked at the flashing lights above him with envy. The rich and powerful always had a strange pull on his mind, and every time he wandered through the dirty streets he wished himself to one day stand above all the others around him. In his teenager years he started to get more and more rebellious, sneaking out, stealing, drugs and booze, and every other small thing that could anger your parents. At first they were rather accepting of his behavior, believing it to be just a short phase in the process of growing older.
Little did they know that it wasn't born out of the rashness of the youth, but due to a strange gift he discover at the age of 14. One day, while wandering through the streets, a man mugged him, the knife only a cut away from his throat. That day he watched the knife tear through his flesh, felt his blood dropping on the ground, watched as his life faded in an instant, only to awake a few minutes later, broke but unharmed. Since that day, his ability to see into the many possible futures grew every day, yet his ability to understand these visions did not.
At the age of 19, his father died by an incident in the factory. Confused and resentful he vowed to himself to not go out the same way as his father, lost and forgotten in the middle of society, living the same boring live day after day only to die for his work. With what little he had, he immersed himself in the nightlife of Nar Shaddaa, jumping from club to club, drinking till daybreak, until he was left with nothing. To proud to turn back home, he searched for a easy way out.
The solution was a career as stage magician, under the stage name "Neo". At first he used his natural trait of farsight to pretend to be some sort of mentalist, pulling more and more fans, as he became better at using these glimpses of the future to make predictions about people. With time came money, and with money his shows got more elaborate. Using lights, holograms, sound and anything else he could think of he became a well liked illusionist that played in high class clubs and occasions regularly, earning himself a small fortune.
It was a fairly good life, but like most good lives it had to end one day ...
