The Nautilus is a ship designed to act as a starship extension of Ultimatum's body. To this end, the ship has been fitted and built to remain as close to a 'perfect' ship for Ultimatum's mental apptitude. The ship has only one open space and that is the slot for Ultimatum to fit into the ship. All other space has been carefully filled with the necessary mechanisms and no extra space has been put into it. For this reason, the ship cannot hold any other people and cannot be piloted by anyone other than the droid who becomes connected to the ship when entering the 'cockpit' which is actually in the belly of the vessel. When Ultimatum is not piloting the craft, it has a computer based droid AI that can fly the ship without difficulty, however the droid is not as capable as Ultimatum at flying, or even most organic pilots of repute. Because of Ultimatum being the sole being who can fly the ship, it is incredibly difficult to steal the ship, short of physically carrying it off.
