STRENGTHS:
Combat Ability -
Nartaga was trained as a warrior since he was able to walk, a necessity in the harsh deserts of his homeworld. Having been trained as a Shaman and a Sentry, he is just as proficient sending someone flying through the air as he is handling his gaderffi and cycler rifle.

Ingenuity - Living in the wastes of Tatooine, Nartaga has learned to survive in relative comfort, at least by Tusken standards. He knows how to grow and harvest food, read the Dunes to predict sandstorms, and most importantly, think of creative solutions to problems he may face in his day to day life.

Tusken Mysticism - Trained as a Shaman of his tribe before he was cast out as punishment for breaking tradition, Nartaga was taught many of the rituals his people have been practicing for thousands of years. While others may know this power as that of the Force, the R'Crurak believed it to be a gift from Tatooine and the Twin Suns themselves. Using the teachings passed down through the generations, Nartaga is able to achieve feats such as pulling water from the air, healing minor injuries and manipulating objects outside his grasp. Ancient rituals to help in battle, foretell the future, and contact the dead are also common practice.

Neoteric - By Tusken standards, Nartaga is very liberal with his views towards tradition and how they interact with the world as a people. While not completely dismissing the ways of the past, he believes that coexistence and trade between his people and others of the Galaxy would only be beneficial. He is very open and welcoming to those who interact with him, trying to give his people a better reputation as well as showing them coexistence is possible.

WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum):
Uncultured -
Nartaga has little understanding of the thousands of different species and cultures of the Galaxy. This can lead to confusion or complete lack of knowledge to the history and customs of most other civilizations outside of stories he was told by Storytellers or heard from his time spent around moisture farmers and caravans.

Technologically Illiterate - Tuskens do not have access to little more than the most basic of technologies. Even when compared to what is easily available to the residents of a backwater such as Tatooine, his people live a drastically simple life by galactic standards. While not completely left in the dark when it comes to simpler technologies such as datapads, blasters or moisture vaporators, Nartaga has little to no experience when it comes ships or speeders. He knows of them, but has no idea how they function or how to operate them.

Naive - Nartaga has a strong sense of honor and is trusting of others, which can sometimes lead to misunderstandings or him being taken advantage of. If he is not familiar with a subject, he is inclined to believe someone else's explanation of it to him, regardless if they are being truthful or not. When dealing with Outsiders, he has difficulty comprehending people would do him harm or lie to him without cause other than greed or for the sake of violence.

APPEARANCE:
Nartaga wears a slightly different take on the traditional Tusken garb worn by his people. On his right shoulder there is a very worn looking blue outline of a clenched fist, signifying his rank as a R'Crurak Sentry. He has also incorporated slightly more armor than traditionally worn by his people, to better protect himself now that he is largely on his own. His mask visibly has added metal plating on his forehead and temples, which has been dulled as much as possible to prevent it gleaming in the bright Suns' light. On his shoulders are metal pauldrons with leather covering them to prevent them shining in the Twin Suns' light. Across his robes is bandoleer adorned with many pouches for him to carry smaller items and ammunition.
He is rarely seen without his cycler rifle or gaderffii.

Weaponry:
Gaderffii - The traditional melee weapon of the Tusken People, Nartaga forged his own gaffi stick with both offense and defense in mind. One end of the gaderffii is ended with two triangular, prong-like blades. The triangular shape aids in ensuring those pierced with them is unable to quickly seal the wound and has a greater chance of bleeding out and dying, as well as allowing him to catch blades or bludgeons of his enemies in between them if he is fast enough to react.

Cycler Rifle - A rifle which fires solid ammunition enveloped in energy, it is incredibly deadly at long ranges. The rifle is bolt action and Nartaga is able to fire rounds in relatively quick succession given his familiarity with the weapon. A scope has been added to aid in scouting the surrounding area as well as aiming, and the rifle has a Krayt tooth on the bottom of the trigger mechanism for use as both a tool for assisting in steadying the rifle by using it as a makeshift pivot, but also a weapon at close range if he is caught off guard.

Various Blades - On Nartaga's person are several knives of varying size and use ranging from skinning a kill to combat. On his belt is a larger, kukri bladed knife and a smaller tanto blade next to it, as well as several throwing knives. Under the top layer of wrappings of his right arm is a small partially serrated spearpoint knife, for emergency situations. Lastly, there are two small needlepoint knives in his boots, one in each.

BIOGRAPHY:
The early years of Nartaga's life are forgotten by him. The clan mothers who helped raise him told him he was a survivor of a raiding party to a small homestead outside of Anchorhead, taken in as a baby and brought back to the camp. Details were always sparse whenever he asked what had become of his human family, but in his later years he went back to his biological family's home, and found people still living there. Whether they were members of his lost family or just people who had happened upon it, he never found out, not being able to work up the courage to get closer to the people trying to eke out a modest living in the harsh wastes.
His childhood was filled with difficulty, learning the way of the Sentry, a warrior caste within the clan that dated back near to the founding of it. Nartaga was a quiet child, in seemingly deep thought and doing his best to use his abilities of reason and his intelligence to gain a following of friends who would help him overcome any of his own shortcomings and aid him as he grew up. When it came to the Rite of Initiation into the R'Crurak Sentries the younger Nartaga, barely twelve at the time, almost died when he happened upon a Krayt Dragon. The only thing that saved him was the help of his childhood allies, his comrades that he had trained with and made brothers and sisters of during their years training and fighting for the honor of becoming a Sentry.

In his early teen years Nartaga's potential was discovered during his first major battle with a rival tribe during a dispute for access to a water source. The skirmish lasted for weeks, both tribes gaining and losing ground in a viscous non-stop cycle. When Nartaga lay on his back in the Dunes, an enemy over him readying the final blow that would kill him, Nartaga reached out with all his might to will his own gaderffii to him, having been knocked away from him. When the weapon flew into his grasp, the two battling Tuskens were both aghast. Nartaga reacted quicker after the shock subsided, and pierced the torso of his enemy. When recounting the tale of his luck in battle, the Chieftain of the tribe immediately called the Shaman to their tent to inspect the young warrior, fearing him possessed. It did not take long for the Shaman to understand what had truly transpired in the heat of battle, and Nartaga was conscripted to the Shaman as an apprentice, to learn how to control and use his abilities for the betterment of the tribe.
As he grew older, learning how to use the Blessing of the Suns, as the R'Crurak knew the Force, he used every opportunity he could find to test his newfound abilities, using it in ways the tribal Shaman often displayed exasperation at what the elder Tusken saw as a misuse of his gift. Despite the beatings he would regularly receive for pushing misusing his abilities, he even went as far as trading with moisture farmers for information about others with similar gifts. This was the grain of sand that broke the Bantha's back, and Nartaga was cast out of his tribe's central camp, into the outskirts of their territory. While not excommunicated or banished from his tribe, he was treated as a pariah for interacting with Outsiders, who the R'Crurak viewed as invaders and enemies to their very existence.

Nartaga has since lived out a simple life on the edge of the his tribe's lands in the mountainous regions of Tatooine, only visited by the occasional scout or raiding party to stop and rest. He continued his behavior of tolerance towards Outsiders, even helping several moisture farmers in protecting their homes or serving as a guide to caravans heading through his tribes territory, trading his services for things he requires to survive.
