Nargath Holdings is more or less the public front of the noble House Nargath, Marquisade of Eriadu. it's a privately owned and operating company which is the financial arm of the family, securing deals with factions, procurements of goods and materials for the subsidiaries and general management of the company-portfolio of House Nargath, to which all of the past and future creations or acquitions will be folded into. This company also grants financial advice to wealthy people and aims to provide a stable trading platform for its subsidiary's goods. Lastly through the grace of being based on a planet known for harsh trials and strict militant policies, security and military training are also provided through the Ascendancy Academy and House Nargath's personal Security forces.
RATIONALE
After becoming a member of the Corporate Protectorate Faction, Credius Nargath's vision of a more galaxy wide rather than a system centered corporation became more of a necessity rather than just an ideal. To manage various companies in various territories and even various factions, yet to avoid scutiny or targeting by rival factions, creating a financial powerbase in neutral territory was the best option. As such House Nargath's homeworld of Eriadu seemed perfect, with the added bonus that the main subsidiary and oldest of the House's companies was already based on Eriadu made it all just a lot simpler to fold everything together.
