continuing after this thread

After the shuttle was repaired, by the droid she had enough fuel for a jump. She decide no matter what she need a drink, and where better than Nal Hutta. Ther ship took off, and made lines to planet. She found some of her gear, but no weapons, so she need to rearm. She also was still wearing her white medical gown, which was not good look. Then again it was nal hutta, and nobody cared. Soon she was making lines, and soon she be on Nal hutta for a drink and make over.

After sleeping and eating in the dusty ship, as she head to Nal Hutta.

She was soon was heading into orbit, and heading to landing pad. Her first job was to get some clothes, problem was she had no money. Not an issue for Harley, as she no qualms about stealing, so she stole T-shirt and shorts. As she went up to pay, she waved her hand and said You owe me hundred credits. She then smiled as the woman gave her money and head out.

She then head to snake pit for drink, she went to the bar and ordered a XXXXX. A well known a larger, and it was on tap. She then sat down and scanned the room, as she needed somewhere to sleep and figure out what next.

OOC: Hope you don't mind if I drop in

Filius hated Hutts. He hated Nal Hutta. On some days, he even hated bars. Bars were swirling malestroms of human emotions. Too much time in one, and his mind started to remember what it was to be human, and started fighting against his brainwashing. That gave him headaches and such and threw off his game, and on this planet, being off your game meant death. Still, bars were the best place to find clients, so Filius sat in the absolute shadiest part of the bar, nursing a cup of what he hoped was Corellian ale and keeping an eye on the door. As he watched, a young woman dressed in the most outrageous way he'd ever seen walked through the door. Filius's eyebrows rose as he took another sip.

This was going to be interesting...

She was drinking alone, and she wanted company, but the uglies that come up to her so far she brushed off. She decide she was going to play pool, she put a credit on table as her mark. She then sat down, and waited for her turn to play. She was waiting her turn, and chatting to some strangers. The conversation was not relevant, it was just fun and slightly drunkard. She waited for the current game to be over, and then to play herself. Would cheat at pool, the answer was quite simply HELL YES. So waiting for her turn she put a bet on, for her to win a total fifty credits.

Filius watched the woman place her mark and sit down, apparently intent on playing whatever useless game was going on in the bar. However, as he watched her, there was something about her attitude and fifty-credit bet that seemed off. She might be the best pool player in the galaxy, he didn't know, but as an assassin he was trained to notice everything about a person who might be a potential threat, and this woman looked like she was up to some mischief...

Cherry was sitting at the bar, nothing to do. Cherry looked over and saw someone staring at someone she then looked at the person that the person was staring at ((Wow A Mouthful)) Cherry thought he was just some pervert and brushed it off, she ordered a Hard Rootbeer ((Alcoholic Rootbeer)) and drank it. Something picked her interest about this person though, they didn't look like a pervert and Cherry wondering what he was doing walked over and simply said "why are you staring at her?"

The walkways of Nal Hutta were brightly lit as Carl limped around looking for a place to relax at. He had left his A-24 Sleuth at a spaceport to refuel its fuel cores and was now looking for something to do. He placed his hands in his jacket pocket and fondled the two thermal detonators(one of them being a dud and the other a live one). Carl finally limped his way to the Snake Pit and made his way to the entrance. Before he could enter though he was blocked by a Gamorrean bouncer.

“Where do you think you're going human,” the Gamorrean snorted at Carl. Carl grinned before replying, “Well I thought I'd go inside here and have a drink, maybe knock some heads together, or do some spice. Who knows what tonight can bring, ya know?” The Gamorrean gets in Carl's face and snorts mucous in his face, “Just keep your blaster holstered filthy human.” “Oh this blaster,” Carl said as he removed his right hand from his pocket and unholstered the blaster. He then placed the blaster underneath the Gamorrean's chin and grinned. After a few standoffish moments Carl started laughing and then reholstered his blaster. Carl starts to limp past the Gamorrean and pats it on the shoulder, “Yeah sure no problem piggy.”

Once Carl finally limped into the bar he was surprised that there was a bouncer out front, as the bar was nothing more than a hole-in-the-wall. Carl surveyed the area noting the provocative looking woman playing pool, the cyborg who also was eyeing her, and there was another woman at the bar too rounding out the cast of characters. Everyone else was just your run of the mill bar patrons. Carl managed to limp his way to the far end of the bar and took his seat. "Let's see what we can get into over here then, shall we," Carl said to himself as he called over the bartender.

Was in the back corner of the bar, not expression on his face but his eyes glanced around taking note of what was going on around. But did not seem interested, his main attention was on the client he had with him. A heavy hooded man that was speaking softly, his tone and body language showed he was nervous. Clearly not a person meant for this part of space or this social circles, but he was born in raised in this kind of community just by the smooth calmness he kept about himself.

Nodding when spoken to by his client, "I got the shipment here, the storage bay and pass key are here on this datapad..." Going silent after his soft spoken replies get interrupted by a shaky voice, "...you are more a target if you look like a target, now transfer the credits to my account." Verifying the transfer he hands over the datapad with a slight smirk, "....just don't blast your foot off with them". The client huffs before walking off, and he just leaned back smiling to himself from the score of the month.

The bartender saw what the new comer did (carl), and would poured his drink without question, though he was going to spike it with a sedative. As if he going to threaten the bouncer, he was trouble and they get enough of that. Possible sell him to hutt later who knows.

Meanwhile it was harley mark came up to play pool, she took the pool cue in hand and started to chalk it. She watched as the winner of last round made the break, he spilt the balls and potted a stripe. He gave her a grin, showing that one of his teeth where missing. She just smiled as he then got ready, to pot his next one. As he leaned over to and slowly met the white ball with the cue, he was aiming his shot into a corner pocket. Harley started to concentrate on the ball, as he hit it she moved it off by little bit. So it hit dot on the way past, though just slightly and he still scored his is in. She then asked him So is it two shot carry? Different cantinas had different rules, and bar fights did break out for playing the wrong rule set for that bar. He just smiled and said Na luv, no carries here. She then leaned over table, and started to aim her spot into the pocket. As she did to distract her opponent, she scratched her carf muscle with her right foot. She then potted her ball in one clean strike, she moved on to next and the next. Each one she lined up from last one, near then end when it was just black left she missed, and snookered herself. He smiled with slight relief, he had not seen her use the force to make the pots, and they looked genuine enough.

She then leant against the wall, and waited for him to make his shots, whilst she drank her bottle of beer.

Just as Filius thought, the woman at the pool table showed remarkable skill. However, there was a certain uneasiness about her shots. They seemed almost too perfect. Filius used his cybernetic eye to scan her, and ran a search of every criminal and military database in the known galaxy. He soon came up with a name: Harley, of the Black Rose organization, a known Force-user. His eyebrow rose slightly. Could she be using the Force to assist her? Maybe, but Filius could care less. Cheating on a game of pool wasn't necessarily a galaxy-shattering event, and besides, if someone used the Force, they were just using natural skill, right? That wasn't necessarily cheating, especially if there were no set rules against it.

What Filius did have a problem with, however, was the bartender's sneaky move. He may have thought he wasn't noticed, but Filius saw the movement from a mile away. There was only one reason you knocked someone out on Nal Hutta, and there was no way Filius was going to give the Hutts another slave. He stood up, ignoring the woman who had asked him the question, and, keeping his hood low over his face, walked up, grabbed the cup, and threw its spiked contents into the bartender's face.

"Careful, mate," he said, popping his knuckles and cracking his neck, "Sedating your customers is bad for business."

The bartender placed a large stein in front of Carl, supposedly it contained Kashyyk Moonshine. Carl looked at the stein then back at the bartender followed by the stein once more before staring at the bartender. "I don't know what planet you are from," Carl began, "Or even what galaxy you come from. But last time I checked this was not a shot." The bartender rolled his eyes already annoyed with Carl's antics. "This is a Hutt sized shot, enjoy sir," the bartender coldly replied. Carl ended up grasping the stein with both hands, raising it to the bartender once he could feel that he had grasped it, and said, "Well when on Naboo, eh?"

Carl takes a sip from the stein/shot glass and notices something odd about the taste. He swishes the liquid around in his mouth, where he was expecting a bitter taste was replaced by a sweet almost fruity taste. "Everything okay there sir," the bartender asked as Carl set the stein down. He held his left hand up with his index finger pointed upwards, as he tried to figure out why this drink tasted so different. It was at this point that Filius had taken the stein and drenched the bartender. Carl did a spit take to the right, spraying the liquid against the wall, he wiped away the excess liquid from his lips with his right hand.

At this point Carl was tempted to pull one of the two detonators from his pocket and either blow the place up or just freak everyone out. However, cooler heads prevailed and he kept them in his pockets. His attention was turned to Filius, the guy who had just saved him from a nap. "So bud, is this the part where I offer to buy you a drink for saving me from a terrible hangover," Carl asked sarcastically.

((not sure the rule for waiting for posters, but since Carl skipped cherry guess I will continue after him to keep things going))

He was enjoying his new little coin, when he caught sight of Harley bending over a pool table in front of him. Watching her rear without any shame, even doing the whole head tilt when sights became very pleasing. He was about to approach the woman when his holo-communicator went off, it was his contact from the 'One Sith' with a job. He takes a deep breath at the lost chance with the bent over beauty, but he could not go without a proper hello.

As he walked by Harley when she was standing waiting for her opponent to shoot, he did his best effort to sneak a quick slap to her rear while he passed by her. At the same time he was swinging to say a proper Nar Shadda greeting with the snap to the rear, he takes out a white mask from his jacket and winks to Harley "...work calls, too bad...think we could of had some fun" he taunted the woman. He was heading to the door to make some arrangements and make his way to the docking bay, unless hit or miss with the slap he was stopped from leaving...

Yeah I could broke your neck, she thought to herself, Oh well work come first I guess, may be next time? She could easily steal his wallet, and get away with it. Her opponent on the pool had table just finished shooting he had knocked four balls in, but she had an easy pot. She took it, and potted with no problem. She finished her beer, and said Thanks for game, and headed off for her winnings. She was meant to stay on, but she could not be bothered to play all night. She was now hundred thirty five credits on her, she sat at the bar, and got another bottle of XXXXX it was nice larger, and wonder what to do next.

Filius looked to the man next to him with a cold stare, his unblinking cybernetic eye glinting menacingly.

"Black ale," he said tersely, plopping down into a bar stool, "Straight." He shifted his gaze just slightly to his left, where the woman who apparently knew a thing or two about the Force was sitting. The bartender, face dried and eyes hard, brought his drink, apparently too afraid of the menacing assassin, who was carrying a sufficiently large rifle on his back, too make a big fuss. Filius took it and swirled the contents a little.

"That was some nice shooting, lady," he said, taking a sip without looking directly at her, "How's another game sound?"

Filius wasn't really much of a pool player, he just wanted to find out if his suspicions about the woman were correct. With his cybernetics, Filius could do anything requiring manual dexterity with almost complete perfection. He'd spot her from a mile away if she was cheating. Of course, she couldn't know that. His only visible cybernetic was his eye, which for all intents and purposes was nothing but a basic replacement...

Carl stared back at Filius, though not menacing at all more like a blank stare. He broke eye contact with Filius once he had plopped down and gave his drink order. Carl then turned his attention to the bartender, “So put his drink on my tab,” he began to tell the bartender, “and I'll take a Hutt sized shot of Kashyyk Moonshine. This time though minus the roofies.” The bartender nodded his head in understanding while drying his face. With that out of the way he turned his attention towards Harley's game of pool.

From where he was sitting the girl straight hustled the other guy, though something didn't sit well with him. He shrugged it off though once the bartender had brought Filius and him their drinks. He grasped the stein, exactly like he did the one before, and raised it to the bartender. “Let's try this again, shall we,” he said with a grin before taking a deep sip. He set the stein down in front of him, and gleefully swallowed the liquid. “Well, just like I always say, you've got the best imported moonshine this side of the galaxy,” Carl complimented the bartender.

Carl raised the stein once again to the bartender, who was now slinking away, as he downed some more of the delicious beverage. He set the stein down once more and surveyed the patrons again. He pegged Filius for a hired gun, much like himself, but had a hard time pinning down why he was fascinated with Harley. Harley on the other hand was a complete and total mystery to him. Was she a lady of the night, or was Erilus just a perv for slapping her on the rear? The other noticeable girl, Cherry, was another mystery to him as she hadn't said anything since he walked in. Carl remained silent though, not engaging with any of them for the time being, and instead continued to nurse his Hutt sized shot.

She listened to guy ask about pool, she did not want to play again, as someone had just slapped her bum. Half of her wanted to run out and kill him, but she did need to keep a low profile as force only knew if outback was following her. She still has to make enough cash to get back to panthar, the droid would have to be sold. Na I don't wanna play pool anymore, though the beer nice. She was trying to get a few free beers, with no catches. She waited for his reply, but she figured she pushing her luck.

Cherry sat, everyone was interesting, but these people were very intersting, one was looking at everyone, like herself, one was looking at one person and two were very interested in this one girl who was doing very good at pool, but cheating, it was very obvious to a person like Cherry, one she could sense she had the force and two she was hitting the balls too well. Cherry wanted to know what everybody was doing but she had only one shot with one person.

"Hey sir, I'll play pool with you!" Cherry called out, Cherry was really good at pool and might even get some money out of it so that could be a bonus.

Well, so much for that angle, oh well. Filius really didn't know why he cared so much, it didn't matter to him. Maybe his human side was getting a little too pushy. He'd need to kill something to get it to go back down.

"The beer is indeed nice," he said dryly, draining his glass in one go. If the woman thought she was getting a free beer out of him, think again. He wasn't hitting on her, far from it. Filius didn't hit on people. For one, his brainwashing suppressed all emotion, and two, it was to him a pointless waste of time.

[member="Cherry Grapier"]

"All right," Filius said, standing up. Playing now was probably just as much a waste of time, but Filius had nothing else to do, and it was a game that required strategy and dexterity, so it would be a simple way to keep himself sharp. He walked to the pool table and placed the balls in the required location. He tossed a cue at the woman and took one for himself. He took a ten credit chip and placed it on the side of the table, placing his bet.

"You break," he said, leaning on his cue.

"Thanks" Cherry catches the cue and placed down a 20 credit chip and shoots the cue ball into the balls and pockets four stripes into the pocket, then misses the next shot. "Dang, your turn." But Cherry hadn't played in a while, so she was rusty. While [member="Filius Stellarum"] played his turn Cherry tried to start a conversation "so, why were you so interested in that lady, you don't look like the kind of person to be a pervert" Cherry also sensed the force in that lady (@Harley) so she was interested in what that was.

"I am an assassin and a hired gun," Filius said, lining up his first shot, "It is hard-wired into me to recognize and observe potential threats. That woman happens to be a member of a crime organization of sorts, not to mention a Force-user. I was merely attempting to confirm my suspicions regarding her identity, covertly." As Filius spoke, he was observing the cue ball, and the position of the other balls on the table. Rapidly, his cybernetic eye along with the other cybernetics around his body calculated the perfect combination of power and placement, and a solid ball cracked into the pocket. Filius maneuvered his way around the table, cracking in ball after ball with incredible, almost in-human precision. He totaled five before he finally calculated no more possible scoring shots and simply bounced the cue ball off the wall. If it wasn't obvious before that he was cybernetic, it was most likely obvious now.

"I believe it is your turn," he said, stepping back.

"Nice, kind of like my job..." Cherry started concentrating on the balls, knocks one after another, three, totaling up to seven, the other ball she couldn't get so she just knocked the ball onto the side. "I have to recognize threats, investigate them, yeah, she is a force user, a dark one, also, nice robotics."
