The Naktis estate was purchased shortly after the events of the Naboo Invasion by the Trade Federation right before Queen Amidala ended her term as queen. It was purchased by Lincoln and Amber Naktis. It served as personal home of the Naktis family for hundreds of years. The home was inherited by Kyle Naktis after his patents were murdered. Kyle kept the home and stays at it whenever he's on Naboo.
