DESCRIPTION
Developed for use in the highly advanced NHS warship, this drive sacrifices speed and maneuverability as a means to provide silent underwater operation. While it can be fitted to a number of other vessels, it is limited in its use to submersibles, as the nature of the drive prevents its use for land, air, or space travel. Any vehicle fitted with the NMD will not reach speeds exceeding that of Very Slow, nor maneuverability greater than Low as the drive does not have the physical prowess to produce sufficient energy enough so to exceed these ratings. The sole purpose of this drive is to run silently, not quickly.
