- Primary Terrain: Much of the major Northern and Southern landmasses are occupied by hilly Taigas. Toward the Equator is a mixture of flat marshlands, grasslands, and temperate forests.

- Planetary Features: Abandoned Hunting Lodges and Outposts dot the planet due to its history as a hunter's paradise. Other than these and the small Hlé Spaceport (which usually sits empty) the planet is barren of settlement.

Hlé Spaceport:
Located on the coast of the northern peninsula of Nýrheima's geographic center, the small spaceport has been uninhabited since the hunting trade dried out several decades earlier. Many of the buildings, made of locally sourced materials like stone and timber are in various states of disrepair. Recognizable buildings consist of a small tavern, a couple of warehouses, and a couple of small landing pads. The exterior of the port is lined with short wooden palisades, created by hunters to keep wild animals from wandering into the port.
