BIOGRAPHY:
Myrium Okar was born on the Mid Rim world of Wayland, the only child of a small merchant family. Controlling a small fleet of shipping vessels, the Okar family had made a decent living for themselves in running merchandise from on end of the galaxy to the other. Some of their biggest contracts were with the Mandalorian people, due to the close proximity between their two worlds. Growing up, Myrium was always expected to join the family business, become a 'merchant king' as his father called it, and expand the family wealth, as had been done for several generations already. He mastered everything his tutors could teach him, came to master the more mundane matters of trade negotiations, and when best to and not to spend credits in the name of the family. From the outside looking in, Myrium was the ideal child prodigy.

On the inside, however, Myrium was an extremely rebellious and reckless child. When he was not studying, he was breaking out of his family's walled complex. When he was not sitting in watching his father and mother barter for better deals, he was sneaking into the kitchen to steal sweets. One of the worst incidents of his youth involved him climbing the walls of the starport where his parent's trade fleet was stored, and painting obscene images and words on each of them. The family lost thousands of credits in the week it took to wash the entire fleet. With no interest in becoming a boring merchant, Myrium tried his very best to get out. Luckily for him, a solution presented itself on his nineteenth birthday.

Unfortunately, that opportunity involved The Sith Empire conquering Mandalore. A rather problematic development for the Okar family, as nearly their entire trade fleet had been in the system during the invasion. Their wealth gone, their fleet destroyed and the threat of Sith attacks hanging on the horizon, the family decided to leave. Joining one of the refugee convoys heading towards the other end of the galaxy, Myrium and his family simply hoped to outrun the oncoming Sith hordes. Three weeks into their journey, the freighter they were on broke down, marooning everyone on board in deep space. Isolated, alone, and running out of supplies, the refugees began to turn on one another. In less than three days, almost everyone on board the freighter had been forced to pick sides and begin fighting over the limited supplies left. When his parents were both killed in the fighting, Myrium took matters into his own hands.

Deciding he needed the supplies more than everyone else, Myrium set out to eliminate the competition and avenge his parent's deaths. While everyone else fought for control of the cargo hold, Myrium snuck through the ship to the bridge, where he used a stolen blaster to kill the few people there. Once he was inside, he sealed the door and drained the oxygen from the rest of the freighter. He waited in the bridge for an entire day before he finally returned oxygen to the rest of the ship. Alone, Myrium began attempting to repair the freighter that had been damaged in the fighting, hoping that someone will find him before its too late.
