• Temperature-based rigidity; can only be “molded” if enough heat (not too much or damage to the material is risked) is applied directly to the material.

STRENGTHS

• Extreme Rigidity; the colder the material gets, the harder and more solid it becomes, which is why lightsabers aren’t really useful when cutting through it. This extreme rigidity allows the material to form a solid structure that can withstand extreme kinetic forces.

WEAKNESSES

• Heat; enough heat to start a fire is required for it to be able to be easily "molded" or cut, which is why blaster weapons are a good way to break through it.
