Pros: (Provide, in list format, a minimum of 1 strength of this submission.)

• Great Staff: They aren't children that abuse their power when they get cranky, they're mature people who I have come to appreciate. (*flicks ass-kissing switch off*)
• Great Site: It doesn't redirect me to an ad or have pop-ups, plus it works at 11pm at night.
• Writers: These guys and girls are the most chill people I have met on a forum site.
• Drama: I get to make popcorn and read all of this happen.
• Factory and Codex: This stuff is really smooth, and it doesn't clog up like a Reddit archive.

Cons:

• Needs more cowbell.

Pros:
++Great staff who put up with my n00bish factory subs as I try to "get this thing down"
++Generally good atmosphere, generally good writers
++Diverse set of writers; diverse ideas brought by said writers
++Ease of success for those who work at it
++No adds is good adds
++Rules that are both reasonable and still allow the flow of creativity


Cons:
--[member="Gray Raxis"] won't date meh
--I do kinda wish there was a way to see notifications without having to refresh the page. But that's life I guess
--@Mention hates me, I only get it half the time. But then again, I wake up with like 9+ notifications every morning so some are gonna fall through the cracks.
