Description: Two of the most common weapons ever equipped on Mandalorian beskar'gam are micro-rockets and flamethrowers. The geniuses over at MandalTech decided 'hey, why don't we do the smart thing and do both?' Therefore, the Multi-Launcher was conceived - a two-in-one aerosol-type launcher and micro-missile launcher. While a little bulkier than both individual devices, it nevertheless sports the latest in MandalTech miniaturization technology in order to combine the best of both worlds. With slightly lower maximum performance than either standard weapon, it nevertheless functions as an excellent example of the adaptability and power of the Mandalorian peoples. Operation of the Multi-Launcher requires a precise wrist movement or verbal command (as available to the beskar'gam operator) to fire either the spray weapon or the micro-missile. Both cannot be simultaneously operated.
The spray portion of the weapon mounts on the left side and uses a canister and aerosol in order to spray. It has a maximum spray time of twenty seconds per canister, a range of four metres (compared to the standard five) and a diameter of one metre. Compared to most flamethrowers which mount to a jetpack, this weapon may seem inefficient, but as it is not designed to be a primary weapon in and of itself this limitation is offset - especially by the fact that a wide variety of spray materials can be loaded, though only one at a time. The canisters are roughly the size of an average thumb and load into the top left of the launcher.
The missile portion mounts to the right side of the launcher. With a maximum range of fifty metres using HUD-based targeting or tracking, the micro-missiles serve as a long-range variant and solution. Three micro-missiles can be loaded to three slots inside the launchervia a top-mounted panel and can be selected and fired with verbal commands - obviously, only one can be launched at a time with a cooldown of five seconds.
Loadable variants available from MandalTech include:
Missile
Canister
More may be rolled out as time progresses.
