[SIZE=9pt]Needing a weapon for combat missions on the surface of planet or enemy ships, McKenna commissioned a slugthrower be built to her specifications. She needed something that was light enough for her to carry for longer missions as well as something with a large amount of stopping power as well as not wanting to risk having a blaster bolt deflected back at her she decided that a slugthrower was the way to go. She wanted something that was also decently small as to not constrict her movement through interior corridors. She also decided that having a bio scanner so only she could use the weapon was a necessity to avoid having her own weapon turned against her.[/SIZE]
