The mandalorian was hired by clan Meran, to train a youngster, like him. The wrestler is a prodigy when it came to training, he knew any exercise that was important to increase power, strength, and endurance. These were three key ingredients to training a wrestler, and a warrior. His training of mental toughness , and physical toughness is what helped him become a mandalorian at such a young age. When he was 16 , it took him up until this year to learn what it meant to be mandalorian. He went through tests , and trials to learned discipline. The warrior was being dropped off by a crazy pilot, who was paid by hard earned credits. He walked toward the castle, his T- Visor looking at how massive the building was. Clan Meran may be a clan he would like to join, but currently he had a job. His job was to train a younger mandalorian, one of his own. He walked toward the mighty entrance waiting for the child to come to him, they were to be training at the castle for 10 weeks. There training regiment would be tough, and would include level 1 out of 5 wrestling techniques , and a training regiment to increase overall athleticism. He heard there were 3 empty rooms , hopefully one of them were renovated to have gym equipment . Otherwise he would have to take her off-world to train her. All he needed were free weights to train her with. He had recently finished hunting targets, he was exhausted. "Damn its cold."

the room Kami had set up was sparse with a cement floor ewith sand and broken glass.

The mandalorian looked at kami with seriousness, " Take me to the room set up to train you at, I have the gym equipment being hauled here. So tell your clan this information so he doesnt get shot out of the sky. " , he handed the id of the smuggler to the teen hoping she could give to someone more important. He was looking her over, "You are very under weight. Even for someone who is reported to be fast and shifty. I am her to train you , to make your body a weapon. I will be training you to gain functional muscle ,muscle you can use. When we get to the room I will educate you how to do this and I will tell you the difference. " , he paused his T-visor looking at her, " I am Barwein Slovjen , a wrestler who was widely known to be a prodigy on the planet alderan before becoming apart of our allit. When I was your age I weighed 165 pounds of pure muscle , and became the only wrestler in history to have an undefeated season." , he looked directly in her eyes. "I use my ability to wrestle to fight in combat , its what helped me get through the trials of becoming mandalorian. I will train you how to wrestle , and I will train you how to become a beast in your own right physically. With mandalore being destroyed, its up to our generation to bring our people to glory. Wrestling is one of the toughest sports in the universe, it requires mental toughness, strength, explosivness, and the ability to craft your body into a weapon to smash opponents to the ground. To dominate them on the ground, and to control. Almost every tough fight ends up on the ground, wrestlers specialize fighting in close proximity , and controlling it on the ground. They do this with fluid technique and brute power combined. I will train you like a wrestler and teach you the basics." , he looked at the state of the room, shattered glass, cement , but otherwise empty. It was good he had the smuggler bring a wrestling mat with a training dummy, a squat rack with weights, a bench rack with weights, and a rack for dumbbells. Otherwise they'd be in a pretty poodooty situation. "First we have to organize this room into something more fitting to train in. get a broom, clean this up. "Listen , Im not here to see how badass you are im here to train you to be more badass. I know a lot more about athleticism then you do. So do you want my karking help or not?If you want the best out of what im training you to do , then you need to trust I know what the kark Im doing.You dont rack as many bounties as I do, and you dont rack as many victories in such a tough sport without knowing a bit. ", he didnt come here to have some smart mouthed kid question him. "I have the best knowledge available in how to train people physically, its what I do. I wrestle in my spare time. " , he paused looking at the cocky kid, he liked her spirit but it was misplaced, she needed discipline. "There are two types of muscle." , he paused, directing where the squat rack would go to the workers who carried everything. "There are muscles that protect the body and help with blood flow, but otherwise are pointless. This muscle does not help with athletism , and only helps with looks. This muscle makes people less athletic and more prone to injury in the long run though. Due to the tightness of not being able to do everyday actions, and due to bones growing weaker ." , he paused again in frustration as he needed to educate this kid. He started directing where the bench rack, with an irritated voice he finished. "Muscle you can use I call, functional muscle. Muscle you can actually use, that doesnt weigh you down, that helps you in every athletic action. I will train you how to build this type of muscle, the muscle that will not compromise your speed, or flexibility, but actually enhance it. This muscle is harder to gain, we will train for 10 weeks and after these 10 weeks you will gain 25 pounds of this muscle. At the end of the week, you will be stronger, quicker, more agile, and more explosive. I will train you in universal wrestling, the wrestling in which the entire universe widely competes in for money, this is wrestling which takes every form of wrestling to form one of the toughest forms. " , He kept this lesson as interesting as he could for a kid. This was somthing he was passionate about , somthing he believed was important for any mandalorian, fitness. Whats a better , and more reliable weapon then your body? Ones body never runs out of ammo, and is as strong as it is trained. Mandalorians pride being a warrior people, and that meant being a deadly weapon with what one had, in any situation. When he had a family , he would be confident he would protect it well. This child reminded him of himself at a young age, cocky, it annoyed him, but he respected it, which made him like the kid a bit. When she was old enough, he hoped to see her on the battlefield, searching , and chasing glory. The place was comming along, being built into a proper training area.
 
" Dude say basic strength training. i do that Clan Meran is an Agoge we train from birth and develope different skills. " she smiled
" Look i'll show you what i know. i call it free running. i'll have you doing Jedi like moves in no time. you wanna be able to jump 15 ft? " she honestly asked.

He smiled the area what set up for both of them, "And Ill show you what I know vod. " , this was an opportunity an opportunity to get better. Both would need it, with mandalore in disarray, and with the silver jedi on the rise. The mandode needed every abled body to fight hard, but also fight smart. "Would you like to learn how to escape from any basic enemy in one power move when your trapped on the ground?We can lift afterward and physically train, I want to get stronger and more athletic, sound like a good start to the day?" , he thought it would be useful, it was a basic move in universal wrestling, but was effective. He would later after perfecting this, teach her a blast double , and then both of them would lift hard. she needed to get back into shape, and he would help her with his knowledge, and she would help him , the kid gave him a feeling he never felt for awhile. She gave him a sense of competition , both mandalorians would force eachother to get better. The next ten weeks would be great, they would learn new things, and become stronger, faster, more explosive, and would gain muscle. That would help both of them. "Whats your name kid? I like your attitude." , he smiled. The warrior was bigger, and stronger, but he lacked speed , he needed someone who could train him how to fight someone, who was fast, quick, and shifty. Her build was lean and slim, he had heard of her, this kid was a veteran in combat, someone to respect for sure.
 
" Kami Meran im actually Alor of the clan. i appreciate this. ive been pretty inactive with my training. but with my combat style i can't be overly bulky."
she did need to get back in shape her new lungs made her feel heavy.
she did however need to desperately get back in shape. she was more acrobatic as opposed to athletic.

A kid? The Alor of a clan , holy bi-jeezus! "Your the first Alor of a clan I have ever met personally, its an honor to meet you. I have heard so much about your abilities, the muscle weight you will be gaining will be weight that wont hinder you, it will be weight you can use in battle. Y oull be gaining only twenty pounds, which for your height and age is still pretty light, but very much in your advantage.Youll be stronger, quicker, and more explosive due to the extra muscle youll be gaining. " , he explained the benefits of the different type of muscle she will be gaining, which for her fighting style, would certainly help her. The warrior looked at the alor , the room surrounded them, there was a section of complte dirt , where they would wrestle , it would be tough hard and tiring. This was directly behind the Alor, the one he would be helping , directly to the right of them was the squat rack , where they would be doing power exercises, and explosive exercises with the lower body. " This is the squat rack, we will be doing various exercises including: Hand cleans and jerks , backsquats, front squats, Deadlifts , and split squats. Each excercise increases explosivness , and power to be generated from the core, lower body, and in certain cases, the shoulders.I will teach you how to properly do , each of these lifts, and what they do for your body for future reference. Walk with me. " , the mandalorian started walking to the bench rack and dumbbell section. These next ten weeks would be grueling, tough , and tiring .
