SETTING INFORMATION
Structure Name: Mountain Home
Classification: Secluded residence
Location: Singing Mountain, Dathomir
Affiliation: Zora Djo
Accessibility: Accessible by way of the river or by hiking the mountain peaks -- there is a steep climb either way. If arriving by the river bank, one must then wade through the river, and climb the ladder up.
Security: There is one Rancor that roams the woods, and lives on the property. It is tame and loyal to Zora, but other than that, there is no security.

Description: An isolated home for a witch woman. Nestled along the peaks of the Singing Mountain, the location is not easy to reach. There is a river that snakes along, and the easiest way to reach the house is to navigate the water, and climb to the top. The structure itself was built with Zora’s own two hands, and is quite rustic as a result. There are only essentials here, a basic space to seek shelter.

POINTS OF INTEREST
The house is one level, but the top is split into a loft that offers a comfortable place to sleep. Inside, the decoration is quite sparse, but there are a number of flower and herb bundles that hang from the rafters to dry. All of the wooden surfaces in the house have been left in a fairly natural state. There is a living space with a small hearth, a kitchen with storage inside a below-ground cellar, and a private room with a basin and tub to wash. There is no running water, but there is a bucket that can be lowered down into the river.

Outside the home, there is a work bench and necessary equipment for Zora’s apothecary work. There is also a small outbuilding for extra storage, and a makeshift shelter for the Rancor that calls her land home. Handcrafted chairs sit around a fire pit, a nice place to enjoy the nighttime air of Dathomir.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Once she came of age, Zora wished to strike out on her own. Though she would maintain close ties with her clan, she wanted to live in solitude. She chose a spot nestled deep within the mountains, a perfect area that was largely undisturbed. It boasted a secure spot for a house, and a difficult level of accessibility that would keep most wanderers from ever finding her. There is an abundance of natural resources surrounding this place and Zora makes use of it all – fishing the river, hunting the wild game, and foraging the native plants. Though she sought a quiet place to live, she did not come completely alone. She brought with her a Rancor from the Singing Mountain Tribe, the offspring of her mother’s pet. The beast wanders the woods at will, but generally stays close to the house, and keeps a watchful eye. Not only is Mountain Home a lovely place to live, it serves as a location for Zora to mix her natural remedies in peace.
