- Military Base Name: Mount Ironhome
- Classification: Military Fortification
- Location: Oslumpex V
- Affiliation: Didact Defense Solutions.
- Population: Has the capability to sustain thousands of military personnel comfortably for an indefinite amount of time, because of advanced recycling, sanitation and SFRC modules. Its barracks are extensive and efficient, allowing for a robust ratio between comfort and the usage of space for its personnel.
- Accessibility: Ironhome's location is currently unknown, but it does not employ any stealth or camo measures to hide its location for an extended amount of time. Its strength lies in its isolated location on a mountainside, which makes an approach difficult through ground measures and any extended assault would need to be carried out with extensive air-focused campaigns. Most of its personnel and supplies are transported through the large number of shuttle-pads.
- Description: Mount Ironhome is an imposing structure of metals and duracrete, cutting straight into a mountainside. Standing resolute and high while boasting of its ability to weather any type of storm. A large antenna-like contraption can be seen rising up from the middle-section of the fortification is the main conduit for its sensory equipment, supported by smaller modules spread across the nooks and ridges of the facility. It lacks large glasteel viewports and instead relies on those same sensory equipment to map out its immediate territory and any possible approaches. Visual detection happens through smaller slits within the fortification. This aids in possible siege situations and minimizing structural weak spots, but it does mean the facility relies on sensors that could be fooled one way or another.

- Manufacturing lanes: One of the points that makes this base truly unique and fearsome is the space reserved for automated factory lanes deep within the facility. These systems are capable of construction a host of droids, armaments or armor as long as proper schematics are applied to it. It possesses molecular furnaces to convert material into raw ores used for construction, but the factories are not completely self-sustaining. Recycling only goes some way and it is reliant on either its stores or external supplies to keep construction up.
- Autonomous Nerve Center: Deep down in the fortification Ironhome is the home to large databanks and computer systems that regulate the various systems of the military facility. Recessed firewalls, anti-ion buffers and secondary security protocols mix with a lack of obvious wireless access points make for a formidable virtual intelligence that makes the base highly efficient without straying into the realm of true sentience and all the dangers that come with it.
- Geothermal Installation: Ironhome's location was chosen for numerous reasons, but chief among them was the convection line running under the mountain it is based on. While many of its systems are supported by advanced reactors, much of its power is drawed from this convection line and turned into usable, autonomous energy.
- Exterior fortifications reinforced and enhanced with Mandalorian Iron plating.
- Batteries of particles cannon turrets and a handful of HVs-2 hypervelocity guns line its walls.
- DSS-02 Shield Generator capable of protecting the base against intense orbital bombardments.
- Advanced Com-Scan sensory equipment integrated into the base.
It is unknown who created this installation.
Its computer systems are scrubbed clean, it was empty when you and your people found it, the facility itself running on emergency power. But it didn't take much to engage restart procedures, which allowed the facility to roar back in existence. The longer you stay here, the deeper you go, the more you are starting to realize this wasn't just a simple military facility.
Too advanced for that.
Many of its facilities seem to stress several key points: anatomy, isolation and preservation. This was a place for someone to hunker down, disappear and remain hidden for a very long time, isolated from everyone without having to rely on anything except its own systems. There is a huge mishmash of tech integrated into its design- some of it ancient and archaic, other new and futuristic. The Mandalorian Iron meshing into the fortifications suggest that at least part of it was made with Mandalorian assistance.
Either way, this facility can sustain extended sieges, it can feed thousands of soldiers and equip equal numbers with weapons, armor, support in the form of droids.
The Galaxy has not seen the likes of this since the old days of the Galactic Empire.
