Whats the following ranks mean in description
- Rogue
- Dark

If you dark, you aren't allowed in the republic right? I read they don't follow Jedi code or philosophy

Rogues follow their own codes

Dark Jedi usually at one point or another followed the jedi code, they know the disciplines they know the history and choose to use their power to enforce their will. They are not usually as power hungry or kill everything as the sith but they don't hesitate.
