- Moon 013, or Erebryss, is under the complete and total control of R'ayne Asara, who has the ability to utilize and develop the moon in any way that she sees fit. As a member of Mahporeem High Command, this is especially important since the Imperial Remnant generally allows those with high positions of power to run their departments and things under their command any way they see fit, thought technically Victport Graras does retain the authority to check out the moon anytime that he sees fit to do so.
- Population: Sparse, Moon 013 does not support any native life upon it, with the only beings who live there those brought onto the moon itself by R'ayne Asara. However, if legend is to be believed, it is said that Moon 013 possesses a notable presence of undead beings, thought whether or not this is merely a rumor created by R'ayne to keep people off her moon or something somehow rooted in fact remains unclear.
- Demographics: As Moon 013 possesses no native population of organic creatures, their is no one single defined majority of species living on the moon, as anyone who does reside upon it has been brought in by R'ayne Asara herself. However, if the rumors are too be believed, it is said that Moon 013 possess a large amount of undead entities, though such rumors remain unsubstantiated. Even if they were true, which the Imperial Remnant refuses to confirm, they would not be counted in the census of the moon's population.
- Accessibility: Because the planet Iego is rather isolated and out of the way, accessing Moon 013 can be quite challenging. Furthermore, as a part of the thousand moons orbiting the planet, actually finding the moon within the plethora of celestial bodies around Iego can be quite difficult. Any restrictions on visiting the moon itself are subject to R'ayne Asara herself, though Imperial authorities have permission to visit the moon completely unannounced should they wish to do so.
- Description: There is something off about Moon 013. On its surface, the moon appears to be just one of the many moons orbiting the Iego system, an uninhabited forest world with extensive ruins and large amounts of abandoned structures from a mysterious colonization attempts centuries, if not millennia, ago. Yet, there appears to be no obvious reason as to why the moon was abandoned so quickly, as by all accounts it is a prime candidate for settlement: a comfortable Type I Atmosphere, plenty of accessible water sources, and large amounts of plant life that can be found all across the surface of the moon. Yet, anyone landing their would agree that there is something about the moon that makes it seem unsettling, even though there should is no obvious factor that should make people feel uncomfortable. The moon is often shrouded in fog, and those who have set foot on it often report feelings of fear and anxiety, as if something is watching them as they traverse across the moon itself. Whatever the case is with Moon 013, it hasn't stopped R'ayne Asara from purchasing it for her own, personal use.
- Dotted across Moon 013 are extensive ruins and large amounts of abandoned structures from a fail colonization attempt a long time ago. These buildings are all in various states of disrepair, and have not been maintained for a long, long time. Rumor has it that these buildings are haunted by the vengeful spirits of the original colonists, who seek to inflict the same terror and suffering that was inflicted on them during their failed attempts at settling the moon. As of now, no direct evidence exist to support these claims, though one never truly knows what goes on on Moon 013.
- Besides these various structures, R'ayne Asara has been rumored to have brought in large amounts of industrial farming equipment to the moon for installation, under a project only known by the codename SPECTRE. Rumor has it that R'ayne Asara is attempting to engage in some form of "astral farming", using her arcane powers and technological knowhow to summon spiritual creatures en masse for reasons that remain unknown. Of course, R'ayne Asara herself has denied the existence of PROJECT: SPECTRE, and Imperial visits to the moon have not uncovered any evidence that supports the existence of such a program.
- The entirety of the moon is said to resemble the Haunted Lands of Dathomir, especially during the night cycle of Moon 013. Strange noises, mysterious lights, and talks of vengeful spirits remain a common phenomenon across the moon, and visitors to the moon almost consistently report the feeling that they are being watched or observed by something they cannot explain...
When the Mahporeem Imperial Remnant completed its conquest of the Iego system, it suddenly found itself in possession of over a thousand different moons, all of which orbited the rogue planet Iego and were just as mysterious and diverse as Iego itself. Though the Imperial Remnant found immediate use for a small number of these moons, most were judged to be too insignificant to warrant any serious attempts to develop. Instead, the Imperial Remnant decided to offer the galactic community the ability to purchase individuals moons to do with as they might see fit.
When Moon 013 became available on the market, it was snatched up almost immediately by R'ayne Asara, who paid the Imperial Remnant an exorbitant amount of underworlds to buy the moon for her personal use. It was easy to see why: Moon 013 is one of the most suitable moons in the Iego system for long term settlement, as it possesses all of the attributes necessary to ensure the long term success of anyone living on it.
Yet, there is something off about the moon, as is evident by the numerous abandoned structures on its surface. At one point in its history, it seemed that serious attempts to colonize the moon were made. Yet, these attempts failed for some unknown reason, and the moon itself remained abandoned until R'ayne purchased it and began moving people and material into the moon itself.
Since doing this, rumors have begun circulating that Moon 013 is "haunted", that anyone who sets foot on it is doomed to be cursed by the vengeful ghosts that inhabit it and that staying away from the moon is in everyone else's best interests. Were these rumors about Moon 013 started by R'ayne Asara herself to keep people away from what she is doing there, or is there even the smallest kernel of truth to what it being said about Moon 013?
