Strengths:

• Scope of All - The scope on the modified E-11 has many features. Firstly, it is computer enhanced. This enhancement allows for HUDs to be loaded into the scope, as well as communication from the scope to the trooper's helmet. The enhancement also enables a clear view in dark, smoky, or hazy environments.
• Compact - Due to the small, compact size of the weapon it is light and easy to store.
• Power Boost - The improved power cells and ammunition types allows for a stronger, longer-lasting blast from the gun.

Weaknesses:

• Maintenance - While this version of the E-11 is versatile and very efficient in many aspects, one potential setback is the overall maintenance of the weapon. As with the original model, all moving and metal parts are covered in corrosion-proof, vacuum-rated dry lubricant that requires a regular basis cleaning.
• Long Range - The weapon's blasts are made to last longer, however the gun doesn't specialize in long range and will fail to hit a target if the range is too far.

DESCRIPTION
The E-11 is an excellent weapon, a weapon that Darth Aegis wanted to expand upon for a design for a light infantry loadout. Modifications and adjustments have been made to allow for more accuracy, power, and overall a better tool for light infantry.

The weapon is enhanced with technological pieces such as computers within the scope. Some enhancements from the computer include communication of information to the trooper's helmet HUD. The information is also displayed within the scope. The improved power cells allow for a stronger, longer-lasting blast from the weapon.

Are these types of weaponry put on as attachments or are they all fired from the same barrel?

Effective Range: Long Range

Long Range - The weapon's blasts are made to last longer, however the gun doesn't specialize in long range and will fail to hit a target if the range is too far.

These seem to contradict one another. I recommend reducing the range to Personal range as that is where most carbine rifles are set up for.

I also recommend lowering one of the stats you have just a bit as for a Minor produced weapon, you have quite a bit of upsides with no real downsides of using this weapon.

As said in the submission, there are two barrels on the blaster. One for standardized fire, which would be from the power cells and plasma cartridges. The other is a projectile launcher which can fire the grenades, darts, and flares.

I've went ahead and lowered all the stats of the weapon, hope it is satisfactory.
