hey so this would fall into the picket corvette range and the stats you have above are a bit high for a standard picket. Normally they have an armament and defense around 6. and speed and maneuvering around 7. and they are not big enough to hold freighters.
A 55 meter ship holding two 30 meter freighters is just not possible.

Lowering the production will help but if you want to stay at mass production lower the Armament and Defense ratings to 6, drop the hanger capacity and raise the Speed to 6.
