This seems pretty straightforward, just looking for a few points of clarification.

Who would fall under this? Typically if the market size is lower than 'Open' it's useful to know who can or can't buy.

Weight: 4000 tons 3628739 kg.

For a 600m (or almost 2000 feet) long vehicle that is incredibly light. There's not much to go off for real world examples, but you do have some huge bucket excavators that are around 200m long and around 14,000 tons.

Generally 'Terraforming' is understood to be converting an unsuitable planet into a livable environment. This seems more like a straight forward resource extraction platform. Can you clarify what you mean?

Closed Market means its not open to the public but fir sale to industry's.
and the laser is a standard laser but according to the wiki that is how the link works its a standard laser for anti vehicle defense.

On something of a side note, might be worth considering how a large land-based crawler this size is transported, as it will not fit into most ships. That's not something that needs to be handled within the scope of this submission, though.
