Description:

After stealing the cheater class frigate, sabrina harnessed a desire to recreate her torpedo. To this end she recruited an engineer by the name of [member="Maxi"], and showed him the torpedo and data she had. She left him to it, to rebuild the schematics of the one used by her old company.

The weapon itself, is stored in a outer pod this has a stasis field protecting it. This is it's initial defence from emp burst. Once it loaded and fired this outer canister, is removed in the firing process so it can be reused. The torpedo then hopefully would make it's mark, when it does it would set of a small emp charge. This charge would remove a stasis field, and the antimatter would then hit it the enemy ship. This would then cause a lot of physical damage, as it reacted with the outer hull.

  • Strength: Anti matter is highly explosive when meets matter, so it turns the thing it hits into explosives
  • Weakness: emp can affect it after being fired, as it could knock out the stasis field

Your post has it that it was originally intended for a frigate. Why does it say capital ship?

Is this supposed to be for starfighter? Frigate? Or Capital ship sizes?


  • Classification: (Blaster, Slugthrower, Crossbow, etc)
    Size: (Handheld, Stationary, Ship-Mounted)
    Length: (Via Metric System)
    Weight: (Via Metric System)
    Ammunition Type: (Power cell, gas canister, bullets, etc. Example: Blasters require both a power cell and a gas canister.)
    Ammunition Capacity: (More powerful projectile weapons tend to have a lower capacity. Example: A heavy blaster pistol with a power pack capacity of 50 shots and a gas canister capacity of 350 shots. If in doubt, find a real-world equivalent or search Wookieepedia.)
    Effective Range: (Personal, Battlefield, Starfighter, Capital Ship. Feel no need to use numbers. 'Equivalent to a laser cannon' or 'equivalent to a standard blaster rifle' is acceptable. The more detail, the better. Also, remember this is effective range. A mass driver in space may have an infinite range, but it can only effectively hit targets at normal ship combat ranges.)
    Rate of Fire: (Single action, pump action, semi-automatic, fully automatic, etc.)

It is intended to be used on all capital ship, like the original sub that I have reversed engineer, so I can use it the same way. [member="Danger Arceneau"]

I am unsure what the benchmark should be for normal heavy torpedo launcher, as at the moment it is no more powerful or less powerful than a standard one.

Then if it is no powerful or less powerful than a standard torpedo, use those standards.

Some point of references can be done by researching Wookieepedia or searching for real world terms for torpedos.

Okay - quick question. Is this for the Torpedo only or is this the launcher in it of itself?

Depending on your answer, ammunition capacity can be " 1" for the torpedo only. Especially since you said your rate of fire is single shot.

Think of the proton torpedos in canon that had two batteries of two proton torpedos each.
