Mission to the Darkside (Kixi)

Kixi listened to George's views on the matter as the 2 walked at a steady pace. Kixi seemed rather concerned about what seemingly appeared to be another matter.

"The Assembly, part or full you must withhold some information on my request Master."

Clearly this would be an unexpected request from Kixi, as the 2 stopped walking and faced one another in the middle of the employ corridor that they were in. No doubt Kixi's request had gotten George off guard, and Kixi would explain after he asked her the obvious question.

"I don't want them to know I'm not from this galaxy. It could be perceived as a threat to some. Only Grandmaster Corvus knows other than yourself and she won't be present now. Furthermore more I'm now 90% certain that the bio weapons that Darth Ravern is developing, are a modification of my own work. Kajtia would have supplied this intel to the Imperials. I will look terrible if the Assembly were to know who I once was. If any mentions of Lord Xiz'Jhan are made regarding his First Prime, I urge that you refer to her as someone else, and not tell anyone that she was infact me. Kajtia wanted me to go with her to help Ravern finish his work on the bio weapon. She had no idea I was now a Jedi Knight. In me coming with her, she felt she could protect me from someone else, that unfortunately we now know little about due to the unfortunate events that followed soon after she gave me the disc. That I don't believe is directly related to Ravern, but rather my past with Lord Xiz'Jhan, and is something to deal with another time."

Kixi paused a fraction as George listened and then finished off.

"I'm determined to stop Ravern more than anything. Not because he is Sith, but because he is using weapons of mass destruction that were originally developed by me. If he succeeds, I will be to blame too. I can't let him succeed and will stop at nothing to stop him."

Kixi's voice had sounded different as she summed up her intentions. For that instant she had no longer sounded like the young woman that she was, but an older more mature woman. This was a clear sign that Kixi was dead serious on her intentions regarding the Sith Lord Ravern, and would undoubtedly follow through with them.

The words that came from Kixi's mouth astounded George, for the beginning anyway. As she explained why it became a little clearer, but he was hesitant to leave out information during the briefing. It was a hard choice for George, but in the end he decided to allow Kixi this time. But expected her to explain to the Assembly in due time the truth. "For now I'll leave our your involvement, but in the future you'll need to inform the Assembly, they would much rather find it out from you than another source, I can guarantee it. Plus for those who know it instantly becomes a weapon against you, one they can use to turn the Coalition against you." He replied to Kixi, his face explaining the words he couldn't. "All I am saying is you need to be wary, this information at the moment can be used as a weapon against you. I'll be right by your side, I am in your corner 100%." The words of encouragement hopefully would help Kixi reveal the truth to the rest of the Assembly in due time.

As Kixi continued she felt as if Darth Ravern was to use the weapon she would be partly to blame for it, he understood that but felt as if it was untrue. "You can't be blamed for something you made years a go. Something you stopped to become a better person. Those people who want to use your technology for evil are evil, the creators aren't." He knew his words we not all true, but he needed to show Kixi that she was not to blame. She had changed, for the better. And now it was time to eradicate her past nuclear weapons once and for all.

As Kixi stopped and let her master's words sink in, she still couldn't help but have her doubts. She had come to the Galaxy to seek a better life, to forget her past, yet now it seemed that her past had followed her. And this was far from over. Even if they were to find and stop Darth Ravern tomorrow, that was only the beginning of the bigger picture. There was no point in denying it any further as she knew it was the unfortunate truth. As her father had told her in that vision in that cave when she had retrieved her first lightsabre crystal when she was still a padawan, she would play a pivotal role more than a decade from now, in the fight against Lord Xiz'Jhan and his invasion fleet, after their eventual arrival in this galaxy.

Kixi didn't speak further regarding the matter, she thought that for now is was best to just keep it to herself. She nodded in acknowledgement to her master and then the two proceeded to address the partial assembly that awaited their briefing.

As the two Jedi entered the briefing room, Kixi felt a cold feeling. There wasn't anything wrong, it was just that she herself didn't feel right. Or at home. A bizarre feeling as Voss and everything and one on it was indeed her home now. The fact that she would withhold several key aspects of the situation was the reason for her discomfort. Yet she just wasn't ready yet as the matter was a lot more complex than met the eye. Something her master was already experiencing first hand.

As she got ready to play the disc, she observered who was present. Only half the assembly were present, and from that half, half were present as holo images as they were off world and busy with the ever present needs of this warring galaxy. Kixi observed the presence of Master Coci Heavenshield. Coci had been the one that originally took her in when Kixi had arrived on Voss. Kixi upon seeing her presence felt some what a sense of guilt due to the fact that she was about to not reveal all. They had all been good to her, in time she would have to reveal the whole truth about herself. That much she owed everyone.

As the disc came to life as holo images in the air, Kixi would explain how an informant had given it to her. She said the informant had been an Imperial defector, not revealing the relationship between the two, their place of origins, their past together, nor the fact that Kajtia had then been murdered. All she said was that she had risked her life in getting this information and left it at that.

The images would then reveal a map. Clearly it was the location of an Imperial base. It's location was in the ruins of Dantooine. A good location to hide a secret base as few ever would pass by the area, and for the few that did, the Imperials would have no problem in steering them well away. A base was then revealed on one of the asteroids, with several smaller ones on other nearby asteroids. As the map revealed more details, what appeared to be a research lab appeared. Then the holo recording stopped.

Kixi would then look up at the council and explain the situation regarding a Sith Lord, Darth Ravern, as described by the informant, as he had not been mentioned on the data disc recording that had just been played. She then proceeded to explain the matter of biological weapons as again had been told to her by the informant and made the clear and obvious connection with the Imperial base that had just been revealed. The existence of other factors, and the fact that this Darth Ravern was only a small part of a much bigger problem, that of Lord Xiz'Jhan, his forces, and Kixi's own past and connection to that dark lord, as well as her dark past serving him were all left out. After she concluded her briefing there was a brief silence, followed by chat between the senior members of the Assembly. Not long after the obvious would happen. Kixi and George would be asked to go to the ruins of Dantooine and investigate if the base did in fact really exist, if biological weapons also were being developed there, and lastly if the Sith Lord in question did in fact exist. Both George and Kixi would then acknowledged the entire Assembly present and then leave.

"Well that's done. We now have a lead. I would like to leave as soon as we can, but first we pay a quick visit to Nena. Oh and we should take my starfighter again by the way. The cloaking device will come in very handy for us to sneak onto the Imperial base."

Kixi smiled for the first time in a long time, giving her master her classic cocky grin as the two headed off to see the fast growing orphan child, Nena Ka.

After George spoke silence ran out, until they reached the sanctum and met with the rest... Well half the assembly. As Kixi explained the situation it was clear that she was nervous, trying to keep some of the truth without being noticed wasn't easy. George added a few comments here and there but ultimately left the briefing up to Kixi as he had done time and time again. As the session ended they received their next mission, with no surprise to both Kixi and George as they almost knew how it would go. As they were dismissed George bowed to the assembly before leaving. Kixi's lift slightly turned back to normal, her nervous neutral face had returned to her slightly more cheerful self. George was please. "I agree we need to get this over and done with now. Destroy Darth Ravern's plans as soon as possible." He replied as they walked down the corridor thinking about Nena as Kixi had just mentioned her. "And of course we can see the ever growing Nena, she's so big now." The words brought a smile to his face, they had grew close over the past year or so with time flying since she had been there and as any kid grew like there was no tomorrow.

The pair of them returned to Menalo where Nena was staying. As they entered George called out. "Hello Menalo, hello Nena." He called out as the door swung open. Little footsteps could be heard coming down the hall way to meet them. It was little Nena, the smile on her face said everything. George knelt down and picked up the running youngster, embracing her like a father should. The two of them had matching smiles, they made each other happy. George turned around to Kixi letting Nena see Auntie Kixi and letting Kixi see little Nena. Nena was special, she had such an aurora that made everyone around her happy, especially George and Kixi.

As they made their way further into the house they met with Menalo in the kitchen, they all sat down with Nena on his lap. "How are you going Menalo?" George asked, deciding it was best to start with some small talk before getting into the sad news. "I am well darl. How is your Jedi business treating you?" She replied. "Yes it is going well, taking up so much time its upsetting not being able to spend time with Nena." George's face slightly dimmed with the thought of not seeing Nena. "Well you are at least seeing her when you can. She looks up to you, you know. I tell her about you every night, I tell her why you can't be there because your saving the galaxy and protecting our home. She understands." Menalo's words brought a huge smile to his face, the recognition from such a person really warmed him. "Thank you Menalo. And that Jedi business has come up again, we are leaving soon for Dantooine I just wanted to swing by and say goodbye to Nena as this mission could leave up away from home for some time." George explained to the Jedi elder. "It is fine young one, all I ask is that you come back in one piece." Menalo smiled. "Alright then, I can do that." George replied with a smile of his own. "Now you little missy, you be good for Menalo and Papa will be home as soon as he can. Love you little one." George spoke to Nena before kissing her on the forehead. But it was now time to go. George turned to Kixi letting her say her goodbyes before they left.

Kixi felt a comfort of warmness while at Menalo's house. The elder Jedi had all the positive vibes about her. Very rare did Kixi ever feel this way. Infact last time was probably in the warmth and care of her late mother who had died over a decade ago. Kixi didn't say much but smile and play with Nena while George and the elder Jedi spoke. Then it was time to leave, say their goodbyes. Like always time was too short and not enough.

As George and Kixi left, it was time to discuss their next course of action.

"So we are going to Dantooine, and in the Arkhan. But we need to study this a lot more. Exactly how are we going to get in? Where will we land undetected, and most importantly of all, which asteroid do we actually go to. As I recall there were a few. Let's go to one of the small briefing rooms and study this thoroughly. We need to be as precise as possible with the plan."

Kixi then motioned for George to follow her to one of the briefing rooms, and the two would then make their way there.

As they left Kixi brought up a good point, although they narrowed it down to Dantooine, how would they get an exact point where Darth Ravern was hold up? "Good idea, there must be something we can search for on our scanners that would give away his position." He replied as Kixi motioned for him to follow her to one of the briefing rooms. It was there that they quickly ran through what they knew.

"So Darth Ravern's base is there, meaning there must be a lot of power running through there. Do you think there is a way we could search for such power disturbances through out the system?" George asked hoping it would lead them to their target. Although scanning and that sort of tech was out of George's league, he kept it to his force powers and the tech of his lightsaber, that was enough for him. He knew how to fly the ship, not use all the instruments.

As both George and Kixi tried to come up with solutions, George would bring up a few points, the first relating to Darth Ravern.

"There is still no certainty that the Dark Lord will be present on the base. As far as we know, he could be on an errand some place else. Yet we can still confirm his existence once at the base and find him elsewhere. If he is at the base it could be worse because we won't just have to fight him, but all his soldiers too."

Then Kixi switched to the topic of power running through the base.

"Our utter most goal for now is getting into the base so we can investigate. If we find something along the lines of the weapons in question, I don't agree with the Assembly in reporting it to them first. I would find a way to blow the base up. Destroy it before they get a chance to finish what evil intents they have. Such a small base with tremendous power requirements shouldn't be too hard to blow up. I'm thinking something along the lines of power overload and thermal detonators."

As Kixi studied the layout further she noticed something perculiar about one of the asteroids.

"There. We land on that one while flying in cloaked. It's their garbage and recycling plant. We can get on and park the ship somewhere safe where no one can see us come in. I can leave the ship cloaked while we are not on it so no one spots it while we are gone. The asteroid has minimal security. Mostly droids. Once on it we catch a small shuttle that runs every hour between it and the main asteroid over there. We can disguise ourselves as them. I as an Imperial since I'm human, and you as a worker since your Nautolan. No offence Master, but you know how the Imperials are generally anti non human. Then once on the main base we investigate from there and we play it as it pans out. I suggest we hide our signatures from the Force too as Darth Ravern, assuming he is there, will spot us even long before we get close to the place, and even in a cloaked ship. So what do you think of my plan so far?"

Kixi then stood up straight, her facial expression one of seriousness, as she stood there without even flinching awaiting for George to respond.

The two of them had very different ideals when it came to the Assembly, with George being a member he thought as one of them, wanting to know the details and having an input in important mission decisions. However he knew that whilst in the field they weren't always going to be able to contact the Assembly, thus leaving Kixi's idea. "If he is there it is something we will have to deal with. If possible we don't want to cause too much trouble as we will be outnumbered, out gunned and well this is his base after all." George replied, this time agreeing with Kixi's thoughts on Darth Ravern's position.

"As for contacting the Assmebly, I understand your point and we will probably be out of contact from them. We will make the decision depending on the information we find. We will do what we can do destroy the evidence, that is our main priority." George replied as Kixi continued to run through her flawless strategy.

"Come on! Why are Nautolan's always discriminated against. We aren't even that bad." He replied in a sarcastic enraged voice. Kixi knew what he meant and continued with her strategy. "Seems like you've been planning this one for a long time, you can take point on this one Kixi. I'll follow your lead." He replied as the debrief was dismissed.

"Actually there is one flaw in my strategy Master."

Kixi unexpectedly added as George finished his comment.

"The Arkhan's cloaking device is Hibridium. What that means incase you don't know is that once on, it will hide us from everything around us, but at the same time, we can't see out of it. All comms are blocked too. Only way to fly the ship when cloaked is through the Force. And that will mean if our buddy Ravern is on to base, he'll see us coming."

Kixi then sarcastically put her hands in the air and in her sarcastic happy mood continued.

"Oh no so what do we do about that, my whole plan will go out of whack!"

And then Kixi stopped with the sarcasm and got back to the seriousness of the plan.

"Well lucky I have a little work around. It's a small probe device. I'm going to attach it to the Arkhan. Because it isn't part of the ship, it won't cloak like the rest of the ship. Before the ship cloaks, from a fair distance away, we'll hide uncloaked behind one if the many asteroids. Then I'll release the small probe to map a course from where we are to the asteroid they use for their trash. The probe is so small that the Imperials shouldn't detect it. Then once the probe returns to us, it will reattach itself to the Arkhan. From there I first tell the probe to guide and tow the Arkhan to the asteroid in question. Once it's all in motion, then I cloak the ship since I won't be able to actually communicate with the probe once cloaked, and then blindly allow the probe to take us there. Then we very much uncloak right in front of the asteroid in question. We'll be so close to it that their sensors shouldn't pick us up. After that we land and then do out stuff."

Kixi giggled as she finished.

"Don't worry Master I have it all planned out in advance as you can see. And now my good friend, I'm very much ready to go. If there are any last minute things you need, I suggest you go get them now."

Kixi gestured with her hands motioning towards where the Arkhan awaited.

George turned and looked at Kixi with a confused look as she told him of the flaw. However being the sarcastic Kixi she is, she had already managed a work around for that problem. George smiled and laughed a little bit as his shock and confusion turned to joy and happiness. "You sure are a thinker aren't you." He replied as she finished her new idea. "But that is a pretty ballsy idea you have there. With no way to see whats outside it is quite dangerous... But you seem to have it covered, plus you're on point for this mission so its your rules." He finished as he gave her a cheeky grin as if to say if anything went wrong it was on her. Although in the end, it was on both of them. They both participated in the mission and George could have changed the plan if he had a better one.

However without further ado it was now time to get that mission under way. Kixi asked if George was ready, which truthfully was a silly question. George was always ready. "Of course I am, don't be silly." He replied as he lead them both out towards Kixi's ship.

Again Kixi would laugh sarcastically regarding the dangerous part about flying blind.

"Well it's safer than bring detected by Daft Ravern, oops I meant Darth Ravern."

Kixi would make fun of the dark lord of the Sith just to keep the mood they were both in.

"Oh and Master I really must tell you that danger is fun anyways."

Kixi would grin and wink at George and then both would make their way to the Arkhan. Both would then strap in after Kixi did all the necessary pre-flight checks. Soon after they would be on their way to the ruins of Dantooine.

The trip there was trouble free. The asteroid field was large. Without getting to close, Kixi was able to defect some activity in the area. Any ship passing through the area could for that matter. However if anyone ever got close, the Imperials would drive them away. Kixi flew the ship close to one of the bigger asteroids and prepared the probe.

"Time to see what our Imperial friends don't want anyone to see."

She programmed the probe on its course and then it was gone. Patiently the 2 Jedi waited for the probe's return. It eventually did, and as planned had mapped out a course for them that would blindly lead them to the asteroid that was used for recycling and rubbish disposals.

"Ah you see Master, so far so good. The plan is working. You wanna say anything before we blindly go where no Jedi has gone before?"

Despite the danger they would soon be in, Kixi hadn't yet lost any of her sarcasm. Whether that would change however would soon be seen.

[member="Kixi Rajki"]

"Sometimes your sarcasticness is right. It is probably safer than letting Darth Ravern know we are here." The Nautolan replied as he grinned looking at Kixi face. Her mood was great and George felt the mission would go off without a hitch. However with a cheeky remark, a wink and a grin the young woman turned and headed off to her ship. "You don't even know the half of it." George replied quietly, but loud enough for Kixi to just hear his remark.

Soon enough they entered her ship and were on the way to the ruins of Dantooine, a place George had never even heard of, yet visited. As they arrived in the system Kixi was careful to make sure that she entered undetected before launching the probe droid. After a few tense minutes the probe returned, detailing a simple path that would lead them right to their destination. George's heart began to race a little more as things got more interesting, but Kixi's positive attitude was just that, positive. George felt as if she had ran through this a million times by the way it had gone so far, but there was lots to go. "I think I am good. Lets get this blind flight going, before I really go blind." He replied, trying really hard to make a pun like Kixi had. But it failed, miserably.

"Your attempt at sarcasm is woeful Master, but all the same I like it that you share the funny side of things."

Kixi would comment giggling a little as she set things in motion.

"Okay here we go."

The probe droid began to tow the Arkhan on its assigned course and just as that happened, Kixi cloaked the ship. Despite her earlier sarcasm, her confidence and positiveness, Kixi felt nervous and tenseness was building up slowly from within her. This George would sense without a doubt, but neither would speak until their arrival to their destination.

Finally they would arrive. Kixi would disengage the ship's cloaking device and suddenly the target asteroid appeared large in front of them.

"Oh crap!"

Kixi exclaimed as she performed a last second evasive manoeuvre and narrowly avoided a collision.

"That was close, very close for my liking. Okay I see an entrance. Actually more of a garbage shoot. We enter slowly from there and find a safe place to rest. No one should notice us and anything that does will probably think we're part of the trash."

Kixi kept the ship close to the asteroid. Obviously to avoid defection from surrounding sensors, radars and scanners. She saw the garbage shoot. After ensuring no garbage was actually getting ejected, she slowly and carefully guided the Arkhan in and through. Soon after she would find a suitable landing place for the ship. A place where no one went and safe enough to keep the ship there cloaked while they were gone, and that no one would accidentally bump into an invisible barrier. Once landed, both George and Kixi exited the ship and using a remote on her wrist brace, Kixi cloaked the Arkhan.

"Okay, we made it here unnoticed. So far so good. Now we need to find me some imperial uniform to wear and you some workers overall. After that we will take the first shuttle to the main asteroid. I'll pretend I'm taking you there because you were being, let's say a trouble maker and slowing down work, and I'm bringing you to a holding cell for punishment."

Kixi smirked as she spoke trying not to laugh.

"Oh and one last thing Master, can you lead the way for now to find us that attire we need to get started?"

Kixi would then point out gesturing with her arms to move forward, still finding it hard not to laugh as she continued to smirk.

George sighed as Kixi commented on George's lack of the art of sarcasm. It was a woeful attempt and George knew it. However he was happy it brought a smile to the woman's face. "A man can try can't he?" George replied. However as the words escaped his mouth action called. It was time to get the mission under way, the probe had attached itself to the ship and began towing it into the asteroid field. Soon enough they were in deep enough to avoid detection and Kixi de-cloaked the ship. However it was not in the position she thought it would be and she started the mission with a close call. This made George's heart race as the mission had only just begun.

"Please don't do that again." As George breathed heavily after the near miss. She continued to take the ship into a garbage shoot, careful to make sure it was not active. She placed the ship down and went through the plan quickly. But once again, the thought of George being a worker seemed like comedy to the Jedi Knight. George could see it in her, she loved every second of it. "I guess you better watch yourself if your now the Master, might fight back." George replied back smirking with a slight laugh. He was only kidding, but it was something to make the mood more light-heartened than it probably should have been.

Kixi motioned for George to take the lead, he was hesitant but did so anyway. As he stepped off the ship a weird sensation came over him. Unlike anything he felt before, but within an instant it was over and left George with a not so pretty face. However as it passed they were off to find some imperial and worker uniforms to infiltrate the base.

Kixi laughed as they quietly made their way to where the uniforms were.

"At least your sarcasm is improving Master. Ah here, there are some workers clothes here. Find your size and put them on. We're not far from the ship, so once we have changed we'll put our proper clothes in there before we head out."

Kixi then looked around in what appeared to be the only storeroom in the area.

"Looks like no Imperial uniforms here. Oh that's crap. Now I'm gonna have to do something so un-Jedi like to get one."

Kixi made an oh well gesture with her arms and hands with a face expression to follow. As George would get changed, Kixi quietly left the storeroom. She slowly sneaked around and saw just the luck she needed. Two Imperial officers chatting quietly among themselves. One was a tall male and the other a female who was similar in size to her. Kixi then pulled out her blaster, ensured it was set to stun and approached the two officers.

"Hiya there scumbags."

The two officers not expecting Kixi to just appear out of nowhere, both were surprised and shocked to see her. Before they could even reach for there own weapons, Kixi had already shot them both.

"Oh sweet dreams and good night."

She said out quietly as she bent down next to the female officer and began taking her clothes off.

"Sorry for this lady, but I really need your clothes. You'll probably wake up later with a bit of a headache, and cold, but be great full I'm letting both you and your other buddy there live."

Kixi would talk out to the two unconscious officers in her sarcastic mood. Once she had stripped the female officer, she took her own clothes off and then put the Imperial ones on. Just as George had entered and found her.

"Look Master, say hi to your new Imperial superior officer."

Kixi again burst out into a quiet laughter as she again knelt down next to the unconscious officers and tied both their arms behind their backs, then tied their legs up and then gagged their mouths.

"Okay Master, help me drag them to the storeroom."

Kixi would take the lighter female officer and George the slightly heavier male. Once they got to the storeroom, Kixi found a bigger rope. She then proceeded to tie the two together. After that she put them both in one of the lockers and shut it and locked it.

"That will keep them at bay in case they wake up before we are done. Besides I reckon the male officer will like the warmth of his naked female companion close to him."

Kixi had decided to point out that last part solely just to be hilarious.

"Okay let's go. To the shuttle area. Time to take you to the detention area on the main asteroid. We're going there because that's where bad, bad and naughty boys go."

Kixi again burst out into laughter. The two would then make their way to where a ferry shuttle would come by every hour. The next one was actually due in five minutes. They noticed several workers and droids around, but no one paid any attention to both Kixi and George. They got to the docking point. There was one Imperial officer there who was waiting for the same shuttle. He simply smiled at Kixi and then kept to his own business. The shuttle arrived not long after. Several workers got off as Kixi and George plus that other waiting officer boarded. Then not long after they were on their way. Both Kixi and George would remain silent for the short trip and once on the main asteroid, quickly disembarked and made their way to the holding cells. They noticed a lot more Imperial officers and stormtroopers around now. Kixi motioned for George to move as the longer they took, the more likely someone was to start asking questions.

"Well thank you Kixi, it means a lot." George replied with a smirk and a glare. As she pointed to the workers clothes he noticed that there was no imperial uniforms, poor Kixi. "On your bike Master, you should find your clothes before the other guards find out whats happened." He spoke as he chuckled and gave Kixi a look. One of as if she was an actual imperial officer.

As Kixi moved off into the next area George began getting undressed, placing his robes on the ground next to him and his lightsabers on top. He needed to carry his lightsabers with him into the compound, but having them around his waist would be a little obvious. With this he improvises, instead he wrapped the belt around his torso, having it just under his arm pit. He moved in the pins slightly around to the front so they would rest between his shoulder and his pecks. This would be where he would hide his lightsabers, one on each side with the workers uniforms zipped up to cover them. There would be no big bulges and although not an easy place to get to, still closer than his ship.

Once he was set he moved onto the next room to make sure that Kixi was alright. With his surprised she had found a nice match as the uniform she had stolen was of the same size and actually looked quite nice on her. "Ever though of taking a position as a imperial officer Kixi? You definitely look the part." He said as his focus moved over to the two humans that laid on the ground beside her. By this stage they were all tied up and gagged, all that needed to be done was move them into the storeroom and hide them. Kixi dragged the female as she was more her size and George picked up the other male and carried him into the room. They bounded them together before placing them in a cupboard to hide them from any patrols. However before she closed the door she made a quick remark. "You are a strange one Kixi, but you are probably right." He said as he laughed as she closed the door.

The began to move out of the room as Kixi once again made a smart remark, but this time about George. "Oh sounds like I am in trouble Master Kixi. Please, take me there." George laughed as he finished. The mission was becoming more of a comedy class, however the casual nature of the mission so far left George calm and positive about the outcome of the mission.

George would comment sarcastically regarding how Kixi looked in an Imperial uniform. His sarcasm and the art of simply joking around had seemed to improve.

"Why thank you sir, now if only I can damn look at myself in the mirror."

Kixi clearly was playing along as she made that last remark, her accent a very deep sophisticated posh type. As they continued to do their thing, George would make further humorous comments in reaction to Kixi's. Kixi smirked in approval. The two knew how to turn a dangerous situation into a more relaxing one. However soon that would end, as soon they would be getting into the thick of it.

The two had arrived on the main asteroid and were on their way to the disciplinary area. There were several lifts that would lead straight to the detention area. Both got in and were finally alone again.

"Okay this is it. Let me do the talking. It's probably gonna go to crap, but we need to secure the area. If and when you need to fight, you can't use the Force. Otherwise if Ravern is here, he'll detect us. Mako taught me how to slice a little. I should be able to slice into their computers from one of the terminals from the detection block and locate both Ravern assuming he is here, and then the bio weapons lab. Okay we're almost there. Now is a better time than ever to be ready."

As they arrived on the detention block level, the turbolift doors hissed open. Kixi purposely pushed George out in the most roughest way possible. Just to help make it all look legit.

"Hold there lieutenant, where are you taking that blue thing."

"He was causing trouble with other workers, holding up production. I'm bringing him in as he will be disciplined at a later time."

"Why wasn't I notified prior lieutenant?"

The older Imperial starred at Kixi with cold eyes, as the other three, two younger men and a women just stood back and watched.

"Maybe someone forgot, I dunno, just process him already."

"I'll have to check with command."

"Yeah you do that moron while I check this."

Kixi counter replied to the shocking surprise of the older officer. His shock was short lived as Kixi was fast to draw her blaster and shoot him dead between the eyes. Smoke ozzed from his head as he fell back. Kixi lunged forward as the other three went for their blasters too. Kixi shot the first of the two males dead centre in the torso killing him outright. The other two fired blaster shots at Kixi, hitting her only to have the shots bounce off Kixi due to her body force field shield. Both kept firing at her, but Kixi soon disposed of the other male officer, killing him and then grabbing the female, knocking the gun from her hand, then spinning her around, hitting her in the back hard, cracking her spine as she fell forward. Kixi then casually approached her, wrapped her arm around her neck and snapped it ending her life as well. Kixi looked up at George who probably wasn't impressed at her brutality.

"I'm sorry Master, but without the Force I had little choice. Think of the positive. If we end up blowing up this base, they would've been dead anyway. Now Master, pretty please with sugar on top, can you drag all those dead bodies into one of those cells while I get slicing. We don't want anyone to find them straight away once we're gone."

And then Kixi got to work at slicing. Frantically searching the base for both Ravern and the bio weapons lab.

George's sarcasm was growing increasingly better with each remark. Soon enough he would be a Master of that also. As they made their way through the terminal Kixi played her role pushing and shoving George around as he also played his part. The Jedi let himself go, looking as dull and deserted as any other prisoner. Soon enough though they made it to a turbolift where they were the only two that entered. Kixi quickly reassured the plan, the one where she talks and they listen. "Well I am definitely in no place to be making orders." George replied looking down at his clothing and returning his eyes to Kixi. "But please try not to make a mess." He finished as the lift was almost at detention area.

As the doors opened they were greeted by another 4 imperial officers, something neither of them wanted. As the lead officer referred to George as 'that blue thing' it enraged him. He gave the man a glare of death, biting his tongue trying not to make the situation any worse. However Kixi did a fine job of that herself. As she got muttered up in her story the officers were onto her, mainly because she drew her blaster and shot the lead officer point blank between the eyes. Without the force to aid him George took cover behind a near by crate. He watched as Kixi slaughtered the remaining officers, snapping the neck of the final one. George was not happy with that.

As he walked over he looked at the bodies that lay on the ground in front of him. "What are you doing Kixi? Could you have no stunned them?" He spoke somewhat viciously. It seemed that Kes' assassin nature had rubbed off on the Jedi, leaving George displeased. However there was still a mission to do and George needed to dispose of the now dead bodies. One by one he pulled them into one of the cells, closing the door as the last one was entered. He waited for Kixi to finish up. The humorous times had ended, it was all business from here on.

As Kixi frantically worked on slicing into the main computer through the terminal, George dragged the dead bodies one by one into one of the holding cells. Kixi would speak to him at the same time.

"I'm sorry you don't approve of what I just did, but in the end it doesn't matter. They wouldn't have hesitated to kill us and would've done so in a heart beat. Perhaps that is something you could think about later Master. Infact had I not had my shield, I would've been dead anyway, thus I have the right to defend myself."

Kixi paused a moment as she had found something.

"I've located the bio weapons lab. It's on yet another asteroid. As I was saying, I have the right to defend myself. Now I know I shot the older officer first, but he was about to bust us and once again without a doubt would've stopped at nothing to kill us if need be."

By this stage George was done with the bodies and Kixi had confirmed the existence of their prime objective."

"Got it. Records show that Ravern is on this base. So that confirms his existence."

Kixi looked at George with a bit of a smirk on her face.

"You know somehow I'm really looking forward to meeting this guy. I want to talk to him about the bigger picture before we resort to fighting. I think I have a good hunch on where exactly he is. On this very asteroid actually. It's time Master that we go pay him a visit first. Once we're done, we'll take care of the bio weapons lab asteroid. Regardless of the outcome, that weapons lab is gonna go kaboom."

As Kixi and George were about to get back into the turbolift, the door hissed opened and a sole Imperial officer exited. It was a she to be exact and she was very young.

"Oh, where is everyone?"

The very young woman asked looking at Kixi who being in an Imperial uniform was the only person with authority there.

Kixi approached her without pulling out any weapons and spoke.

"I'm the only one here today. You look very young for an officer?"

"Oh yeah, I graduated early from the academy, was top of my class, so they deployed me earlier."

Kixi simply half smiled at her.

"Well you're certainly gonna make a career young lady. So why have you come up here Ensign?"

"I'm Ensign Rapson Lieutenant, I'm here to see the warden".

"He's not here at the moment, can I help you instead?"

The young Ensign looked at Kixi in a rather peculiar way before responding.

"No, I'll just come back later."

As she turned to get back into the turbolift, Kixi was about to hit her at the back of her head. The force of the impact would have knocked her out cold, but then she hesitated. Kixi saw something not quite right.

"Stop right there lady."

The young ensign froze, sweat began coming out of the side of her head.

"Who are you really?"

"What do you mean?

"You are not an Imperial officer are you?"

"Way that's ludicrous, I'm...."

Kixi cut off her speech.

"You are a Republic spy, from X-11. I saw the small tattoo behind your neck."

Kixi shook her head as the young woman slowly made a move for her blaster.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you."

Kixi then revealed her lightsabre that had been concealed. The young woman's eyes lit up at that very moment.

"Thank the Force, you are a Jedi?"

"Yes, we are Jedi."

Kixi would respond pointing to George.

"I've been sending Intel back to the Republic on the bio weapons lab which is here. It's almost operational."

"We're from the Silver Sanctum Coalition. We are here to destroy that lab and find Darth Ravern."

"Oh him, I've seen him several times. He scares me."

"I bet he would. In fact we were just about to pay him a visit, you know exactly where he is?"

The ensign did know and very much confirmed to the Jedi where to find him. Kixi then gave the young lady a small comm device.

"Keep in touch, I have a feeling you're gonna be needing our help."

"Yes, yes, I'm starting to get scared. I really want to get off this base."

"That you will, you can come with us once we are done. But we need you to do something for us. We intend to blow this complex up. We don't want to kill all the prisoners or workers. Discretely I want you to prep one of the cargo ships. Before we leave this place and light the place up on fire, you're gonna pickup all the prisoners while we do all the fighting. Get to one of those ships and wait there for us. If you don't hear from us in the next 2 hours, assume we're dead and get yourself the hell out of here."

The ensign acknowledged Kixi and then left.

"Okay Master, looks like we have a new ally. That's a blessing, as until now I had no idea how we were gonna get all the prisoners off this base. Now let's get going. To Ravern's personal chambers. Follow me."

And with that the two Jedi would make their way back down the turbolift and head straight for where Ravern would await them.

As George moved the bodies it was clear he was unhappy. Kixi continued to speak, defending her actions. George thought about it further. In the end the only problem he had was her taking the first shot. However she was outnumbered and out gunned, plus without the aid of the force, it was a difficult task. By the end of it he had calmed down and his face turned neutral once more.

Just ask George finished up with the officers Kixi had found some information. Coordinates to the Bio lab and information showing that Darth Ravern was definitely in the area. News both of them relished. "Good, Darth Ravern will regret the day he devised this plan." George said definitively as the pair of them took towards the turbolift. However something stopped them, another Imperial officer. However something was amidst. Kixi took lead talking to the officer as she had authority and George didn't. However after a few tense minutes of discussion the woman began walking back into the turbolift, and at that moment Kixi relaxed before calling her back.

The sweat dripped off the officer, but in the end it was no officer, a young spy of the Republic. An ally within the walls of the enemy. Something they needed. George unzipped his uniform showing the woman his lightsabers within. This calmed the entire situation as both parties had something in common and a mutual target. As Kixi went through the plan with the woman it was simple, George and Kixi deal with Ravern and the Bio lab and the woman gets all the workers and prisoners off the planet. Simple stuff right?

As the three split Kixi spoke to George. "That is is a blessing. Seems as though the force favours the light today. There will be no loosing, Darth Ravern will submit to the light." George replied strongly as he followed Kixi down towards Darth Ravern's quarters. The battle was on. George was ready to destroy some Sith skull.
