Prison Block
Pirate Cruiser, Sins of the Era
The lights are dim in the prison block. The fact that the pirates who were standing guard were awake was something of a miracle. They could blame the holo screen in front of them and the fact that most of the pirates on this vessel were hyped up on stims. It kept them awake, even if they were super jittery sitting at the desk. It didn’t matter mostly. After all there were two banks of cells, on separate floors. Both floors were having one guard at a desk, with two walking the halls. Cameras were found watching most angles to the cell block, but the cameras were up and away from the main floor, and the guards were watching the blind spots.
There was a turbolift at the end of the cell bank, and it would be able to connect the four cell banks, being used as either a hallway or a lift, to connect the cellbanks and to connect to the rest of the ship. The various cells had one or two people in it, and as they were starting to come to, the sounds of the holoscreen being watched was drowning out the hum and bang-and-clank of work being done elsewhere in the starship.
For any of the prisoners who were familiar, the ship had a distinctly Imperial feel to it. Sure, the mission that most, if not all of the prisoners were on was an operation that was sponsored in part by the so-called Alliance Bloc in the Great Galactic War, to gather intelligence on the random hit-and-run strikes plaguing supply lines. People were hired for a number of reasons and a number of tasks, but one thing was for certain when everyone was waking up, that something went terribly wrong. Ships captured, prisoners transferred, weapons and obvious gear was removed.
The thing that the pirates weren’t aware of, was the type of people that they collected in this ship. And it looked like one of those patrolling guards may have a keycard. The biggest trick was it was out there and everyone was behind the closed door. There was a terminal attached to the wall, and of course, the ysalamiri were held near the prison block.
There are a few options open, trying to convince the guard, or trying to slice the door controls. Its clear that most of the cells are full on all the banks.
Goal? Escape.
OOC:
So I decided this morning that we’ll be using the dice roll system for this. What the goal is will be posted in red at the end of each of my posts. I will be posting every 2 days, as long as there is interest to DM this.
Rules: In order to make this more fair, and give a set of randomness to it we’ll be using some dice rolls. Hop on the SWRP server, go to the dice roll channel and roll a 1D6 against the objectives. If you roll higher than the posted roll, you’ll be able to get your desired outcome, if not, well, then that’ll change things.
