Mission Board

Welcome to the OS mission board! If you're looking for a story to tell, but not sure what, or if you're new and unsure how to get started, this is for you! This is a good way for your character to get some experience and development.

These are open to all One Sith members, NFU and FU alike.

If you see any missions that interest you, drop a comment here and see if others want to team up with you. Use this as a platform to connect with other members, and arrange mission teams. Form them as you see fit. Note that it says "recommended group" and not "required".

The mission description is intended to be vague to promote replayability. Feel free to add or alter details to suit the story you want to tell.

Name: Crystal Hunt
Difficulty: Beginner

Type: Repeatable
Description: Many Sith use artificially synth crystals for the lightsaber. Some prefer natural crystals. This is your chance to go looking for one to suit your own needs. Location is a large crystal cave, with a maze of tunnels easy to get lost in. Of course, you will have to earn your crystal, and prove yourself worthy of creating a personal lightsaber. Expect opposition from various beasties within.

Name: The Show-Off
Difficulty: Beginner
Recommended group: 2 Beginners | 2 Adepts
Type: Repeatable
Description: One Sith are attempting to increase their influence across planets and various factions. Sith are known for their strength and combat expertise. But rumours tend to make stories blow out of proportion. Surely, their space wizardry are but an exaggerated tale to intimidate enemies? Show off how Sith fight, by duelling your fellow Sith. Impress your audience, and secure their future support.

Name: The Hunt
Difficulty: Beginner
Recommended group: 2 Beginners
Type: Repeatable

Your job is to hunt specimens that can be used in experiments, and make new Sithspawn. There’s a wide varriety of targets that would suit the alchemists’ needs. Pick your favourite, and hunt it/them! Remember to bring it back alive, and attempt to disfigure it as little as possible, to give the alchemists as much as possible to work with. .

Name: Catching a Traitor
Difficulty: Adept
Recommended group: 1 Adept 1 Beginner | 3 Beginners
Type: Repeatable
Description: A traitor is fleeing from the One Sith. In effort to get amnesty with one of our enemies, he's taking with him valuable and top secret OS information. He needs to be punished for her treachery, and the information retrieved. You're on a ship that has caught up to the traitor. The smaller ship is caught in a tractor beam, and you're part of the boarding team. The traitor threat is to be eliminated. Bring him back or take him out.
Note: Details are flexible. The traitor can be anyone from a politician to a general. Information can be technology or just inside knowledge. Forge the story the way you see fit!

Name: A Council Deposed
Difficulty: Adept
Recommended group: 1 Adept 1 Beginner | 2-3 Beginners
Type: One-time
Description: The dominion of Glee Anselm saw the planet fall under One Sith control. However, two of the ruling council members escaped, and are now gathering support from OS's enemies to incite a rebellion, and provide military support to overthrow Sith rule over the planet. These individuals cannot be permitted to keep up their practices. They have to be assassinated.

Name: Criminal Purge
Difficulty: Adept
Recommended group: 2-3 Adepts | 1 Adept 1-2 Beginners
Type: Repeatable
Description: Coruscant crime gangs have gotten out of control. The Sith rulers of Coruscant have had a standing agreement with one of the larger criminal syndicates. They overlook much of their business, in return for supplies and goods not otherwise easily acquired. However, recently a number of rival gangs have united, to take control over Coruscant's underworld. One Sith want their supplies and the balance of power to remain undisturbed. Hit their headquarter and take them out of commission in a surprise attack. While your enemies don't have military training, expect unorthodox weaponry and unfair tactics.

Name: Another Day at the Mobile Office
Difficulty: Adept
Recommended group: 2-3 Beginners | 1 Adept 1-2 Beginners
Type: Repeatable
Description: This time, you're on guard duty. Whether you've been hired in to protect a politician or high ranked military official, is up to you. Threats have been made. The individual is valuable to us, or at the very least, the resources he is providing are. While they have a modest security force available, their enemies have the element of surprise. Nothing like a little Sith presence to counter that! Follow your official and keep him or her safe. Be prepared to fend of stealthy assassins, or a direct base assault.

Name: Tables Turned
Difficulty: Intermediate
Recommended group: 3-4 Beginners | 2 Adepts
Type: Repeatable
Description: Your start this one in chains and slave collars. Luckily, they must not be aware you're a Force user, as the chains does not prohibit use of the Force. Whether you ended up in this situation as the result of a plan gone wrong, or an infiltration attempt, is up to you to decide. Your mission? Break free! Your gear has been taken from you, but is likely stored somewhere. Destroy your oppressors or enslave them and bring them back to the OS.

Name: Aggressive Negotiations
Difficulty: Intermediate
Recommended group: 3-4 Beginners | 1 Adept 2 Beginners | 2 Adepts
Type: Repeatable
Description: One of the companies supplying One Sith with valuable resources are getting rebellious. They think we haven't caught on to their plot yet, but we've received intel that they're preparing to move against us soon. We will strike first. We've arranged a meeting to renegotiate terms. Naturally, no such terms will be proposed. All you will offer is extermination. However, this close to a betrayal, they are probably on their guard and wary of an pre-emptive attack. These people have the money to pay for protection. Expect high-security and heavy, well-equipped resistance.

Name: Information for the Sith
Difficulty: Intermediate
Recommended group: 2-3 Beginners | 2 Adepts
Type: Repeatable
Description: This is a stealth mission. Your mission is to gather intelligence for the One Sith. To be spotted or leave witnesses is equal to failure, as our enemies are likely to change things up if they know we know what they're up to. Gather intel on enemy strength, troop/fleet placement, defences or technology. This could be an ideal chance to scout out planets bordering to One Sith's zone of control, in preparation for a dominion.

Name: A Cold, Unforgiving Place
Difficulty: Intermediate
Recommended group: 2-4 Beginners | 1 Adept 2-3 Beginners | 2 Adepts
Type: Repeatable
Description: This is a space battle! A small One Sith fleet has come into contact with hostiles, possibly pirates. This is the moment to show off your piloting skills in an intense dogfight! If you're more of the direct type, move in close with a strike team for a boarding attempt. Don't drink and fly.

Name: Long Way Home
Difficulty: Intermediate
Recommended group: 2-4 Beginners | 1 Adept 2-3 Beginners | 2 Adepts
Type: Repeatable
Description: Important cargo/technology/individuals are being transported to Sith space. It's been a covert operation, so you have been travelling under the guise of regular civilians. However, word has somehow reached the enemy, and ships have dropped out of hyperspace near your position and are assaulting the ship you've found yourself on. Unfortunately for you, the ship is civilian, and poorly equipped to fend off the attackers. Prepare to be boarded, and defend the cargo! Pirates be nasty. Expect to be heavily outnumbered. You may need to change ships.

Name: Prison Break
Difficulty: Intermediate
Recommended group: 2-3 Beginners | 1 Adept 2 Beginners | 2 Adepts
Type: Repeatable
Description: One of the planets either under or nearby One Sith's zone of control have recently instated a anti-Sith military government. While they've made a strong effort of capturing those who would speak against their rule, they've made the mistake of putting them all in the same place. For this mission, you've purposely gotten yourself captured and taken to a high-security prison facility. You are to incite the prisoners to revolt, overrun their guards, and break free. In reality, there are only certain individuals essential to the resistance that we care for releasing, but the more pro-Sith insurgents are freed, the better. Expect to be the underdog, fighting against a trained force, equipped to deal with crowds.
