MTV was created by moff Mishmam to support his projects and provide him with resources and equipment he needs for his operations, it out its stakes on mobile industry and mobile orbital factories and Force control tech. it can do private manufacturing and research, it does not have a strict morale - related rules as it is built around one person - Mishmam, which means it generally cares about it's customers but it's first priority is serving the needs of Mishmam and the empire, but it's morales are casted aside during wartime, it may occupy an enemy planet, use it's factories for making their own products, while grinding the rest of the planet for resources and flee from the planet to avoid contact with enemy forces. "when WE succeed, YOU succeed"

The MTV was created by Mishmam, originating from criminal cells of coruscant as Mishmam used their aid for making his company and paid them back later on, though criminals have no influence on the company now
