Strengths:
  • Forceborn: Created by the force, Mishel was born a mystery to both her biological parents. Her biological mother Siobhan who later gained custody of the child sought to teach her daughter how to properly use her powers. Unfortunately, she never got the chance. Mishel's powers were handled by the Knights of Ren where they took full advantage of having a forceborn among their number. Uniquely attuned to the force, Mishel's ability to recharge her force abilities are quicker than those who were born of natural circumstances.
  • Ashira L'Adonai: After her revival on Monastery, Mishel now turns to the Eldorai Goddess Ashira for comfort. The song Ashira L'Adonai in the Eldorai culture is sung in praise to the Beloved Mother and it brings her comfort every time she sings it. The song also gives Mishel the ability to slow things down, concentrate and focus on what she needs to focus on whether it be battle or a specific task.
  • Embrace the Darkness: No longer is she divided by the light and the dark, as her adoptive mother continues to descend on the path of darkness. So to does Mishel's essence change, she has embraced the darkness that has surrounded her for so long and has turned it into an unholy rage. She draws on feelings that would otherwise be considered negative to empower herself. She rallies those around her by reminding them of their origins and where it is that they come from and does this through their darksided bond.
Weaknesses:
  • Neurotransponder: Crippled during the Battle of Mustafar, Mishel is reliant on a neurotransponder device that works for six hours, giving her the ability to walk, run and fight. Without it, she cannot feel her legs. This device is weak to water and vulnerable to destruction should someone somehow gain access to it or manages to crush it by one means or another. When she is not wearing it, she is in a hoverchair or is carried by others.
  • Tygaran Heart: Doctors initially thought that her heart problems were due to her accelerated growth, but further testing from both Monastery and Dosuun have given a new answer. The teenager's heart problems are genetic, a congenital heart defect that she inherited from her biological mother, Siobhan Kerrigan. No longer does she rely on the breather to create a Tygaran like atmosphere, but instead she relies on it (to deliver medication) and a heart device in her chest to keep her body operating.
  • Leroy Jenkins: Over the year it has become blatantly obvious that the young girl has trouble listening to instructions. Often times the girl rushes headlong into battle, tense situations or other scenarios that require someone to stop and think about what they're about to do. She sees the problem or issue and rushes to solve it herself without bothering to wait for backup, and this one day is going to lead to something more than a losing a limb or a broken back.
  • Trusting: At the end of the day, Mishel is still only six standard years old and while her body was forcefully grown into that of a teenager. She still inately is very trusting of others, and can be quite naive in this regard. Still believing that there is good in someone, in spite of her darksided alignment.
Talents:
  • Gradual Retribution: The more a force power is used against Mishel, the more she'll gradually build up a resistance to it for that encounter. At the same time as Mishel takes more damage the more, she converts that damage into pain. Using it to boost her force abilities so that they hit harder with the hopes of increasing her chances for a critical hit.
  • Lightside Bane: Range, melee and force abilities all gain an increased effectiveness when used against lightside aligned force users.
  • Cover Escape: If Mishel can negate opposing melee attacks she will, helping her brothers and sisters of Ren to escape and get out of harms way when necessary.
Traits:
  • Mother's Rage: It's no secret that the women of Mishel's bloodlines have a temper and thus she too has a temper. It was one of the few things she inherited from her biological mothers that hadn't been wiped by Seiger Ren. Her rage becomes the fuel for her fire when in combat allowing her to feed off it much in the same way she once saw [member="Zmej Ren"] do.
  • Hard to Kill: Knock her down, only to see her get back up again. A hardy endurance, training, days of survival and living in a forest filled with ysalamiri has enabled her to get through some of the worst events of her life.
  • Adopted (Hapan): While Mishel was born a normal human and at best spent her early years on Tygara, she was adopted later in life by [member="Hazel Zanteres"].
Visually Striking; She's learned from Hazel how to make herself more appealing, increasing her chances of charming someone.

Skills:
  • Craft (Lightsaber): After Skor II, Mishel traveled with [member="Alkor Centaris"] and [member="Jorus Merrill"] hunting lightsaber crystals as she learned to craft lightsaber crystals. Mishel is expanding her skills but can create lightsabers for specifically for various individuals. She is currently studying various lightsaber like weapons to open up her repertoire among her brothers and sisters of Ren and to eventually open up her own store within Skye.
  • Endurance: With training and experience, Mishel can push herself beyond the normal physical limits. When on a mission she can ignore thirst and hunger for a number of hours and sometimes days depending on conditions. She can run for greater durations than most without the aid of the force, and march for longer distances as well as hold her breath underwater longer than most others.
  • Survival:
  • Acrobatics:
  • Forcecraft:

BIOGRAPHY:
Mishel had been born Ryana Yval Brentioch, a bastard child, given up for adoption as the biological mother, Valessia Brentioch, could scarcely afford the scandal. She had been adopted by the Hanari family, they were merchants and had settled down on Tabaqui with the young girl. The first four years of Mishel's life were without incident, and then the Kraal invaded Tabaqui. Slaughtering village after village, including Mishel's and when the slaughter had neared completion the Order of Fire, led by Siobhan Kerrigan arrived to dispatch the creatures. Little did Siobhan know that when she and her dark jedi sisters saved Riona. They had in fact saved Siobhan's only biological child, in fact, the Grandmistress could scarcely believe that she had sired any child. Biology told her that this was impossible, but with the Force anything was possible and as her best friend and master healer would later explain. Riona was her daughter, a work of the force and for what reason she couldn't say other than to continue on with raising the girl.

And so for a little while at least, Riona knew happiness once more. Baroness Riona Kerrigan-Alcori raised under her mother's watchful eye at the Villa on Tygara. She enjoyed getting to know the many people there, Harmony, Tempest, even stepmother Tegaea, but alas it was not meant to be. While her mother Siobhan had been called away from the fight on the planet against the Kraal, and the girl in transport to safety from the villa. The convoy taking her had been ambushed, her governess Bo'Sara murdered and the girl herself had been captured. Her last moments on the planet had been bearing witness to Bo'Sara's death as well as the death of many of her own personal servants. She was made unconscious once aboard the transport and taken far from Tygaran space to the other end of the galaxy.

She awoke at the Bastion of Ren in Virgillia VII. She awoke to find the bacta tank filling with liquid and as she tried to scream, they went unheard. The man beside her cared not for her screams, for she was being given a gift. A gift that only the Supreme Leader could bestow upon her and that was an initiation into his sacred order. For when Seiger Ren learned that there had not only been a forceborn within reach but that she was still a child, he struck at the opportunity to take her. And so as the bacta tank filled with liquid, Seiger's voice came through the intercom and spoke to the girl. Calming her down saying to her that he was her father and that he cared deeply for her. He was saving her from her mother and setting her on her truest path to greatness. It was only his voice and his words that she had heard in the tank, he instilled into her his values, and views informing her that all of the Ren, were his children. In such a way they too would be her family, her brothers, and sisters in his name.

When the tank emptied, it was obvious then that Riona Kerrigan-Alcori had died.

Mishel Ren, had been born in her place.

She woke to find all but a few of the Ren there to welcome her, her master Samka Derith, sister Zmej, sister Kaalia and brother Castor.

They became her tutors, but even to them, it was obvious that something was still off about the girl. The forced acceleration did much to age her body but her mind still had trouble making the adjustment. Samka would be entrusted with Mishel's care, having proved herself many times over to Seiger, and so it began the tutlage of Mishel Ren by Samka Derith. A master and an apprentice to learn the ways of the Ren. To learn that their duties were to ensure order throughout the Galaxy, to carry out Seiger's will and that her place was at their side.

RECENT HISTORY:

Mishel's training had been and always will be two fold, one that is training with the force and two her education to the Galaxy at large. Sparring with her brothers and sisters to learn the art of the lightsaber, being thrown into the jungles of Dxun to learn survival instincts, and then a military ball so that she might learn how to blend in with everyday crowd, but more importantly so that she would see the faces of those her order would not just protect. But to also extend their reach, the reach of her father's Imperial society, these were all just a few of what Samka would have to teach to the young disciple. Soon after the ball, Samka further thought to each the young disciple how to blend in by taking her the New Balosar Sector. After a hard-fought victory against the Galactic Alliance, many veterans of the Kaeshana Rebellion decided to go on a pub crawl.

The young and naive Mishel decided to go with them.

This resulted in Master Derith chasing her apprentice clear across the sector, hopping from system to system until she finally caught up with her at Chalcedon. Somewhere within the planet's mining complex at a grotty pub. She found the young girl swashed. A heavy sigh would escape the then Knight of Ren who managed to pull the young disciple out of there and get her back to Virgillia for a shower and a change of clothes. From there Mishel would accompany brother [member="Castor Ren"] to Askaj in a failed attempt by the First Order to swipe the system from hostile government when the excursion was over. It was clear that the young girl still had quite a ways to go and thus she was paired up with Sister [member="Ara Zambrano"] and then Sister [member="Kaalia Voldaren"] along with Brother [member="Kyrel Ren"] to spar within the Bastion of Ren at Virgillia VII. The very place where she had been 'born,' it was here that she uttered the phrase, 'you shall heel before the boot of a Kerrigan.' The phrase was important for not only had she fully gained the agency to say it, but understood just who she came from.

It was thought that she would hold no recollection of her parentage.

That was a lie, for while the young Riona was being drowned within the bacta tank. She held onto the memories of her mother, and the memories of Tygara. It was how she survived the entire ordeal, and when she emerged from the tank. It would be Kaalia's redhair that would remind the girl of her biological mother, reminding her of where she had come from and who she wanted to be.

At least before Mustafar.

Before Mustafar, Seiger assembled his children and rebuked them for their childish behavior. For becoming the joke of the Galaxy and it set the teenager on a new path. She wanted to show to her Father that she could be more than just a child. She could be a true disciple of his word, but she struggled with this. She struggled with this even as she followed her master into Vader's Castle. An iconic landmark on the volcanic planet, an icon she learned only from Kyrel Ren's writings. It was here that she would be tested a true trial by fire as she worked to take the flag of the First Order and plant it at the top of the castle. It would be here at the Battle of Mustafar that she would find room after room of consoles and computers, and in one of these rooms, she found that she could access the data. There she learned the truth of her mother, of herself and of her fate should she choose to interact with Siobhan. It was a fate she did not want to accept at the time
