Short Description: Misaligned faction forum (the Sith Order)

Browser: Chrome. Also tried it on my phone on Safari, and the same thing happened.

Severity: Same problem on all my character profiles.

Description: When I try to set a poll up in the Sith Order's forums, the title box covers the 'Manage Topic Poll' feature and makes polls impossible to set up.

If I'm not mistaken, it's a well know problem that doesn't have a fix. It's always been like that as far as I'm aware, no matter which faction you're in :/

I just figured out that for my issue if I zoom out on the page i'm looking at the bar will recede. That might be the case for you as well.
