She escaped at the age of twenty, thanks to the Syndicate, which she quickly joined. Oddly, she grew used to the attention as a slave and became a dancer to cover as a spy. She was given basic combat training by a Mandalorian at the age of twenty-three. She is using her skills as a spy to hunt down the Hutts who enslaved her.
