Minor Template Updates

Location and NPC templates have seen some minor tweaks. Affiliation, Allegiance, and Loyalty fields should now LINK to the pertinent characters or groups, to include companies, both major and minor factions, NPCs, and PCs. PCs may also be tagged.

Subs currently under review will be asked to conform to the new template updates if they do not already.
