Since the death of Moras, Bael had more even more work dropped onto him. This included checking the Xillian and Vinrillium mines as well as inspecting the facilities that processed the metals into their finished products. It was a job Bael dreaded and had Moras do everytime it came up but with the loss of his close friend he had no choice but to do it. Eyes still heavy the obsidian skinned Xela'Dorn made his way through the halls of the castle towards the magnetic rail that would carry him to the surface of the planet. It was a much faster way of reaching the surface, and it didn't involve having to be seen by the public.
Being seen in public was something that Bael dreaded even more then he used to. Since the death of Moras rumors had begun to run rampant. Even his guards eyed him weirdly now, but Bael still did not speak on what had truly happened between the two. Or why he had been forced to kill Moras. Not till he made the ones responsible pay would he speak about the incident. Coming to a stop before the rail Bael examined the construct. Made of complete Xillion the thing could support dozens of passengers yet he was the only one who used it. Not a dent or scratch could be seen on the metal either. "If everything was created with the same devotion and effort I wouldn't have to do inspections." Bael sighed as he entered the rail.
