There is not much known about the mist shrouded world of Millinar... its history as missing is it is from galactic charts. The world itself isolated and hidden in the Hapes COnsortium... the transitory mists obscuring the worlds within that already. SMall pathways to it rarely appearing and why of all the worlds and moons it is still not used within. Matsu Ike and the silver jedi barely learning about it aside from the Ahch-To repository and some legends among the jedi of a mystical world shrouded in stellar mists. That was once a home to ancientbeings... and they did find ancient beings there.. the Millinari as they designated them were a strange species that could share memories so they had knowledge passed on from each other for thousands and thousands of years going far back more and more.
Matsu Ike, being married to a former Hapan senator and vice chancellor of the Republic Hanna. THeir home being on her homeworld within the COnsortium that they moved from the old jedi world of Voss. So finding a reason to search for the mystical place and discovering it leading a team there. The team meeting the people of the world and charting a pathway through the mist that could appear and disappear from time to time based on the mists themselves so there was a danger of being stranded without the right equipment and means of travel through. ONe of the first things they worked with them was the ability to construct a jedi temple... to honor the world and be able to use it as force worlds for the jedi were not rare but a commodity that allowed them to expand and aid many more.
The agreement was made and Matsu along with the jedi began to construct the temple of the generalist.. a temple that was specifically closer to her as it housed a large repository of information from her travels and specifically her physical holocron. The information in various places in dataform but the physical one would be stored there for anyone to find if they could get through the temples confessional nature that weighed your thoughts, actions and memories... sometimes crushing others under the weight of it all. THey continued to build the temple itself and with it expand the jedi's influence as the temple wa large with smaller areas constructed onto it that would be more like little outposts and villages. The central spire of Matsu's temple visible in the middle and the waters between the rings filled with fish or aquatic jedi.
Overall the work of the jedi on the world served to bring it into the smaller collection of worlds that the jedi used... serving as a safe haven in case of the worse outcome in the eternal battle against the darkside and the sith... or if battles against larger things becomes dangerous. Tython, Ossus, Ahch-To, Tanalorr and even the far flung worlds of light that are among the Rimworld and the sith empire currently. The silver jedi's large scale endeavor to network and connect worlds and temples into something that would allow the jedi to further move around the galaxy or spread their ideals and aid many more people. TIme would tell what they are able to do with the newly rediscovered quasi mystical world of the jedi and the force.

THeir villages are pretty simple, yurts with lines for clothing to dry, firepits that all are able to gather around and cook food in. The silver jedi found them and didn't try and alter them. Interacting to ask permission and build but also respecting them. LEarning from them as they do know things about the force that many of the jedi didn't. The world once being a place rich in the force that has slowly faded in isolation.

- Wealth: Low: Not destitute but the Millinar live as they want to and don't have a high need for advanced technologies... but they do not shun them. Tradining among each other as needed and with the silver jedi.
- Stability: High: Organized and secluded, they might have some arguments but wars and internal conflicts are not long lasting. Fueds able to be ended easily enough and working alongside the jedi has made them a little more stable as they are allies that respect their wanting privacy.
- Freedom & Oppression: Among the Millinar it is fairly peaceful. THey live in villages and stay to themselves... living off of the land... among the silvewr jedi in the temple. THey are jedi and serve with the code setting themselves up to study and learn and be able to move or join areas of study in different temples across the galaxy.
- Military: The species of the world don't have a military themselves and the silver jedi do not station one there to avoid drawing attention. The closest to it would be the Hapan fleets in the consortium that patrol.
