Zaiden Dean
The Stealth Master
ARCHIVED AND MERGED INTO ANOTHER COMPANY
Corporation Name: Merr-Sonn, ASD (Applied Sciences Division)
Headquarters: Proxida
Locations: N/A
Operations: Blaster Tech, Medical Aids
Rationale: Foreseeing the need for advancements, Valashu chose to forego his own cuts for a few checks, to allow the building of a factory on Proxida*. Being that attempts to have single factories maintaining multiple tasks, including advancements of other goods, medical aids, etcetera, it simply made sense to have a separate division for these forms of things. Though initially expecting to have money spent on a factory, Jules and Valashu were slightly stunned when they came upon a tower that had been some form of workplace/warehouse millennia before. They have since retrofitted it to fit the roles of the ASD.
Tier: Tier 2
Description:
Merr-Sonn, Inc. once upon a time held many such subsidiaries, but not quite the same. While science is the main goals of this subsidy, it is not in the fashion of learn and let live. These are the goals for monetary values, including but not limited to: medicinal, adrenal, and other types of manipulative injections, enhancements to gasses to be used in Blaster tech.
Though funded, owned, and under the guardianship of the father company Merr-Sonn, Inc., Applied Sciences will be mostly left to the guise of the only man Matreya currently trusts: [member="Jules Crux"]. Per their agreement on monetary distribution, controlling factors, and choice lots, the original location will be Proxida*, the head of this will be the aforementioned friend of Valashu, yet will leave the ability to veto any decisions to the true owner. Each consecutive quarter, a single fourth the profits earned by the company will be given to Jules as his cut of earning, another fourth will be sent to Merr-Sonn, while the rest is used to maintain the corporation and its people.
(*=Proxida is canon, but as currently been unsubbed to the map. Myself, and Jules are fleshing out the planet, then will have it added to the map soon enough.)
